Abstract
La presente invencion es para un sistema (11) o metodo para monitorear con base condicionada un ensamble de chumaceras. El sistema (11) comprende un detector (13) colocado en la proximidad del ensamble de chumaceras (12). El detector (13) genera una senal indicativa de la amplitud y frecuencia del movimiento vibratorio del ensamble de chumacera. Un proceso (14) en comunicacion con el detector (13) recibe la senal a partir del detector (13) y genera datos espectrales representativos del movimiento vibratorio de la chumacera. Una base de datos (15) comprende los datos representativos de un umbral de amplitud para cuando menos una frecuencia predeterminada, caracteristico de una galla de chumaceras. El procesador (15) compara los datos espectrales con el umbral de la amplitud y genera una senal que es una indicacion del ensamble de chumaceras.
