Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un aparato para la fabricacion de tubos corrugados hechos de material sintetico termoplastico, en el cual las mitades de segmentos del molde se complementan una a la otra en pares y se dirigen juntos en un circuito a lo largo de una trayectoria de moldeo adyacente a una cabeza de inyeccion, los cuales se separan al final de la trayectoria de moldeo y se regresan a su origen separadamente una de la otra. El aparato tiene un dispositivo de trayectoria de moldeo para mover las mitades de segmento de molde a lo largo de la trayectoria de moldeo y un transportador de retorno para regresar las mitades de segmento de molde desde el fin de la trayectoria de moldeo a su inicio con el dispositivo de la trayectoria de moldeo comprendiendo una mesa de maquinas que tiene una guia inferior y medios de impulso inferiores para las mitades de segmento de molde, y un marco de cubierta fijo a la mesa de las maquinas que tiene una guia superior y medios de impulso superiores para las mitades de segmento de molde. El dispositivo de la trayectoria de moldeo y las unidades de forma del transportador de retorno separadas una de la otra con un robot de portal anclado fijamente a una placa base, estan provistas como un transportador de retorno y la unidad de trayectoria de moldeo siendo una unidad movil que es movible sobre la placa base. Los medios de impulso superiores en el marco de cubierta tienen pinones de impulso que pueden ser dirigidos alrededor de un eje vertical y los cuales acoplan en soportes en el lado superior de las mitades de segmento de molde, de modo que es posible un desplazamiento vertical, por ejemplo como consecuencia de la expansion termica entre las mitades de segmento de molde y los pinones de impulso. Ademas, se provee un sistema de enfriamiento directo para la mejor disipacion de calor desde las mitades de segmento de molde, que hace circular un refrigerante a traves de pasajes de enfriamiento en las mitades de segmento de molde durante el movimiento de las mitades de segmento de molde a lo largo de la trayectoria de moldeo.
