Abstract
Los compuestos pertenecen a la clase de los derivados de etilo y propilo no substituidos de tienoisoxazol fenoxi utiles como antagonistas de D4. Dichos compuestos son utiles para el tratamiento de condiciones medicas mediadas por la inhibicion del receptor D4. Estas condiciones comprenden, por ejemplo, Padecimientos de Hiperactividad por Deficit de Atencion, Padecimientos Obsesivo-Compulsivos, Psicosis, Abuso de Substancias, Dependencia a Substancias, Padecimiento de Parkinson, Parkinsonismo, Discinesia Tardia, Sindrome Gilles de la Tourette, Padecimientos de la Conducta y Padecimientos Desafiantes de Oposicion. Un aspecto adicional de la invencion es proporcionar una composicion farmaceutica, intermediarios y un metodo para elaborar dicha clase de compuestos.
