Description

SYSTEM AND PROCEDURE FOR REMOTE PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS IN REAL TIME THROUGH MOBILE TELEPHONE TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention is applicable in the industrial field of electronic transactions, relating to merchants and means of payment, and in the field of mobile telephony. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the state of the art it is known to use procedures and systems of payments by means of the mobile telephone that are based on the employment of a point of sale terminal, to which a mobile telephone is added to carry out the transactions. In this regard, mention may be made of European patent application EP-A-0940783 or US patent number US-A-575465 ?. Furthermore, systems are known in which the mobile telephone is not part of a point-of-sale terminal only, but the payment is made through it, for which it is necessary to modify the mobile telephone so that secure transactions can be made. In this sense we can cite the European patent application EP 0785534. Other systems are based on sending the bank account number of the payer to the collector on a connection from the mobile of the collector to the bank, as is the case of the patent application PCT 0-A-96/13814 or the also PCT patent application OA-97/45814. These systems have the drawback that the user must give their account number to a person who may not know, which represents a very high risk. It is also worth noting the French patent application FR-A-2779896, which describes a procedure in which the payment is made by the identification of the buyer, which consists in making sure that said buyer is a subscriber regularly registered in a list of subscribers of the communication network. This procedure has the disadvantage that the confirmation of the transaction occurs first from the payment server to the commerce server and then from the commerce server to the buyer, with which the payment server can not certify that the confirmation of the transaction is sent. to the buyer. In addition, after the purchase decision on the part of the buyer, the communications are only made between the server of the means of payment and the server of the trade, with what it is assumed that the buyer and seller are customers of the means of payment server so that this can compensate between your accounts. Another document is the European patent application EP-A-0986275 which refers to a method to carry out a transaction between a buyer, who has a mobile phone, and a vendor, both being registered in a platform of validation. To make the transaction, a contact is established between the buyer and the seller, and a purchase agreement is reached; Then, the buyer sends a confirmation message that includes the buyer's identification. A copy of the purchase confirmation is sent, automatically, to the validation platform, from the buyer or from the seller. One can also cite PCT application WO-A-98/54678, which refers to a system for activating a dispenser by mobile phone. To refuel, the buyer directs a call from his mobile phone to a unit, and enters a first secret code. The unit checks the buyer's phone number and the first secret code, verifies that the code corresponds to the telephone number and checks whether the buyer thus verified is on a "black list". If the verified buyer is not on the "blacklist", access is granted to the system and the buyer can enter the identifier code of a particular supplier and refuel. The European patent application EP-A-0950968 describes an electronic commerce system that includes a mobile terminal, which can be provided with means to perform a wide range of operations (payment card, telephone card, electronic ticket to access shows , etc.). One can also cite PCT application O-A-98/47116 which refers to a payment system using a mobile telephone. In this case the payer sends to the transaction center, information that identifies you, and information about the amount of the transaction and an identifier of the seller. One can also cite the summary of Japanese application publication JP-A-08-249530 which describes a way of operating a vending machine by means of a mobile telephone. French patent application FR-A-2780800 refers to a system of payment by mobile phone, which includes the sending, from a mobile phone of a payer, of data identifying a seller. German patent application DE-A-19806557 describes a system for indicating expenses. PCT application WO-A-98/06214 relates to a system for alerting an owner of a credit card, payment card, mobile phone or the like, about fraudulent use. For example, when an attempt is made to conduct a transaction using a credit card in a terminal of a point of sale, the system detects that an attempt is made to use the credit card - and sends a notice to a telecommunications device, such as a mobile phone , of the owner of the card, so that it can authorize or disavow the transaction, or simply so that it is informed about the transactions made. None of the aforementioned documents allows the selection of the appropriate communication equipment, selecting the appropriate communication channel depending on the type of mobile phone of the user, so that payment is allowed through a plurality of types of mobile phones, without changing the structure or parts of them. On the other hand none of the cited documents contemplates the possibility of carrying out the certification of purchase of Intellectual Property, nor the inclusion of electronic delivery note figure, nor the purchase in vending machines. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims to overcome the drawbacks of the state of the art by means of a system and a procedure that allows the use of any mobile telephone as a means of payment in: face-to-face purchases, that is, directly by moving the user to the store; purchases made through the Internet of both objects and Intellectual Property, for example information, music or video games; purchases made in vending machines; purchases and reservations in advance; shopping by catalog; purchase in response to any type of ads, such as television ads or written advertisements; purchase for the viewing of television programs (Pay Per Wie); and allow transactions between users, and all this regardless of the type of mobile phone _ that they have. By the conception of the system, it is applicable in any other type of purchase. The realization of the transactions is done in real time. The invention allows the realization of payment by any digital mobile phone, henceforth mobile phone, without it having to be modified, which allows any user who has a mobile phone to contract the set of functions and payment services; and all this without the use of credit cards, and without the need for the user to be a customer of a bank, for which a transaction and payment center is foreseen that is equipped with the different mobile telephone communication capabilities with the corresponding equipment, and means to identify what type of mobile phone is the one that makes the payment, and thus allow the transaction and payment center to communicate with any mobile phone through the corresponding mobile telephone equipment. It should be noted that the invention also allows the obtaining of certification of the purchase made, even in the case of the purchase of Intellectual Property through the Internet. Furthermore, by means of the invention it is allowed to confirm the delivery of products previously purchased, certifying the delivery without the need for the seller to deliver the delivery note. Another object of the invention is the use of mobile telephony, which is very simple to use, both because it is available to the user of any telephone or mobile terminal, and because it can be used in any shopping scenario, and offers a high level of of security to the participants in the transaction, together with a great efficiency in the payment. The invention is susceptible to be implemented in all countries that have some mobile telephony network, and especially in which a national management company has been set up, which will agree with the mobile operators of the country the conditions for provision and start-up of the service , and payment will be made through any type of mobile phone without having to make changes in it. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION To achieve the aforementioned objectives, the present invention provides a system for processing payments and transactions between payers and beneficiaries associated with the system, using at least one communication through digital mobile telephony whose system comprises: - a first server , interconnected with telecommunication means with first data storage means and including account management means that process first data of an account of each associated payer and second data of an account of each associated beneficiary; in which system the first telecommunication means selectively communicate the first server with a digital mobile telephone unit identified by an allowable telephone number of an associated payer and with a telecommunications terminal identified by an admissible identification code of an associated beneficiary; the telecommunication means comprising a plurality of telecommunication equipment; the first data storage means contain first information about each associated payer, said first information comprises at least the admissible telephone number, at least one pre-established authorization criterion to authorize at least one transaction that requires a payment from the account of the associated payer and at least one security criterion unambiguously associated with the telephone number of the associated payer, as well as second information about each associated beneficiary comprising at least the admissible identification code; comprising the first server - first verifying means for verifying in the data storage means whether a first message received through the telecommunication means contains a permissible telephone number of an associated payer and an admissible identification code of an associated beneficiary, said first verification means generating a first acceptance message when they detect an admissible identification code and an admissible telephone number; - second verifying means for verifying in the first data storage means whether a request for transaction authorization received through the telecommunication means in addition to the admissible telephone number detected by the first means of verification, satisfies said pre-established authorization criterion, said second verification means generating a second acceptance message when the authorization request satisfies said authorization criteria; - third verifying means for verifying in the data storage means if a security parameter received through the telecommunication means satisfies the security criterion associated with the admissible telephone number detected by the first verification means, said third means generating verifiers a third acceptance message when they detect that the security parameter satisfies the security criterion associated with the admissible telephone number, - - means of authorization to authorize the means of management of accounts based on the request for authorization, to process a debit in the account of the associated payer and to process a corresponding credit in the account of the associated beneficiary provided that the first, second and third acceptance messages have been generated; means for generating rejection messages to generate a rejection message when at least one of the acceptance messages has not been generated, and for transmitting the rejection message to the telecommunication means; - means for generating confirmation messages for generating at least one confirmation message when at least one of the acceptance messages has been generated, and transmitting the confirmation message to the telecommunication means, for selective transmission of the confirmation message to the mobile phone identified by the admissible telephone number and the telecommunication terminal identified by the admissible identification code, - second data storage means containing at least one first information referring to the admissible telephone number of at least each payer and at least one second information regarding the type of digital mobile telephone belonging to each admissible telephone number; selecting means for verifying in said second data storage means, the second information corresponding to the digital mobile telephone unit identified by the admissible telephone number and for selecting one of the telecommunication equipment that communicates with a digital mobile telephone identified by the admissible telephone number, through a telecommunications service compatible with the type of digital mobile telephone identified in said second information. In an embodiment of the invention, each second information and referring to the type of digital mobile telephone contained in the second data storage means with respect to each admissible telephone number of each associated payer and each admissible identification code of each beneficiary, when this is a digital mobile phone number, it is a first identifier code representative of an international mobile equipment identifier code (IMEI = International Mobile Equipment Identifier). The incorporation of the IMEI codes on the basis of which, according to this embodiment, the types of mobile telephones corresponding to each of the admissible telephone numbers are identified, can be done by means of a load of data coming from a source outside the system or, alternatively or in addition, through means of consultation and updating means present in the system, preferably in the first server. Thus, the first server can comprise first means of consultation to consult in at least one visitor location register (VLR = Visitor Location Register) comprising a first record of the relationship of telephone numbers with an identifier code IMEI, the corresponding IMEI code to the admissible telephone numbers, and first updating means for updating said second information in the second data storage means based on a comparison of each IMEI code consulted by the consulting means with each code representative of the IMEI code associated with each permissible telephone number, contained in the second data storage means. Alternatively or in addition, the first means of consultation can also extract the IMEI code associated with each admissible telephone number, * from a terminal identification register (EIR = Equipment Identifier Register) that contains an association between each admissible telephone number and the IMEI code corresponding to each admissible telephone number, and that receives said association from each visitor location record updated by said visitor location record. * of the unstructured supplementary service data (USSD) data frame, in which each visitor location register associated with each mobile network switching center (MSC = Mobile Switching Center) that has completed said plot, has entered the IMEI code associated with the admissible telephone number corresponding to the user who originated said frame, * through an interface between the visitor location register and said means of consultation, and / or * through third means of consultation (20v) to consult in a database of a mobile telephone operator, records that each mobile switching center (MSC = Mobile Switching Center) dumps immediately every time it passes a frame USSD or a voice call to a specific number, whose records contain the relation of each telephone number that made the call or originated the USSD frame with an IMEI identifier code of the terminal from which said call or frame originated, the IMEI code corresponding to each admissible telephone number, and third updating means for updating said second information in the second data storage means based on a comparison of each IMEI code consulted by the third means of consultation with each code representative of the IMEI code associated with each admissible telephone number, contained in the second data storage means. Also alternatively or in addition, the first server can comprise second means of consultation (20t) to consult call data records (CDR = Cali Data Register) of a data bank of a mobile telephony operator, which contain the relation of each number of the telephone that made a call that originated a call data record with an identifier code IMEI of the terminal from which said call originated, the IMEI code corresponding to the admissible telephone numbers, and second updating means for updating said second information in the second data storage means based on a comparison of each IMEI code consulted by the second inquiry means with each code representative of the IMEI code associated with each admissible telephone number, contained in the second data storage means. On the other hand, information on the type of mobile telephone corresponding to each admissible telephone number, stored in the second data storage means, can also be complemented with other data, such as at least one data indicative of a selected communication capacity. between the ability to manage sessions according to wireless application protocols (WAP = Wireless Application Protocol), the ability to manage sessions of unstructured supplementary service data (USSD = Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) and combinations thereof, for each device of digital mobile telephony identified by an IMEI code, and associated with an admissible telephone number. The presence of the second data storage means has the advantage that the system, based on obtaining the information on the type of mobile phone of the associated payer and, in some cases, of the associated beneficiary, can select the way of more efficient and faster communication to communicate with the payer, which is especially important when the first message, that is, the first communication, has not been established from the mobile phone of an associated payer, since it is possible to establish a communication fast and efficient without the need for users' mobile phone devices to require any modification. The admissible identification code of each beneficiary may be a telephone number, a number related to a telephone number, an Internet code, a code representative of an Internet code, an email address, or a code based on a Email address. The beneficiary identification code of the beneficiary may also be a digital mobile telephone whose admissible telephone number and type are included in the second data storage means. In the latter case, the first verifying means of the first server preferably also comprise complementary verifying means associated with the selecting means for verifying whether the admissible identification code verified by the first verifying means in said first message received from a payer identified by a first number. of admissible telephone and containing a request for transaction authorization verified by the second verifying means, corresponds to another of the admissible telephone numbers of a digital mobile telephone included in the first information contained in the first means of data storage. Thus, when said verifying means detect that the first message identifies the second admissible telephone number as identification of a beneficiary, a fourth acceptance message is generated, said fourth acceptance message being processable by the means generating confirmation messages. On the other hand, the means generating rejection generate a rejection message when in this case the fourth acceptance message has not been generated. In turn, the admissible telephone number of each or at least part of the payers may be contained in the first and second data storage means as such, and / or in the form of a code representative of said number. , such as in the form of an MSISDN associated with said admissible telephone number, in such a way that the first verifying means verify the payable telephone number of the payer from a code received through the telecommunication means or directly based thereon. permissible telephone number, or indirectly based on said code representative of said admissible telephone number, contained in the first data storage means. According to the invention, the second acceptance message can be designed in such a way that its issuance generates an order to the telecommunication means, to transmit to the mobile phone of the payer identified by the admissible telephone number, a first confirmation message that contains a request to transmit the security parameter that must be verified by the third verifying means against the security criterion. This embodiment is applicable when a first message does not contain any security parameter, which is always the case when the first communication relating to a transaction is established by a beneficiary, and in those occasions in which a payer, in the first established message by himself, he has not yet transmitted the security parameter. Thus, when the first message verified by the first verifying means is a message received from the telecommunications terminal of a beneficiary, the second acceptance message generates an order to the telecommunication means, to establish communication with the mobile telephone to request the payer identified by the admissible telephone number, which transmits the security parameter. On the other hand, when the first message verified by the first verifying means is a received message, without security parameter, from the mobile phone of a payer, the second acceptance message generates an order to the telecommunication means, to transmit a message to said mobile telephone to request the payer identified by the admissible telephone number, to transmit the security parameter. The second acceptance message may also be designed to further generate an order to the telecommunication means, to communicate with the telecommunications terminal identified by the admissible identification code detected by the first verifying means, to transmit a second confirmation message confirming the generation of the first acceptance message. On the other hand, the third acceptance message generated by the third verifying means can be structured in such a way that its emission also generates an order to the telecommunication means, to communicate with the telecommunications terminal identified by the admissible identification code detected by the first verifying means, to transmit a third confirmation message confirming the generation of the third acceptance message, so that the beneficiary receives proof that the transaction has been authorized. The third acceptance message generated by the third verifying means may be further designed in such a way that its generation in turn generates an order to the telecommunication means, to communicate with the mobile telephone identified by the admissible telephone number detected by the first verifying means, to transmit a fourth confirmation message confirming the generation of the third acceptance message, in such a way that the payer receives the confirmation of what the transaction has been authorized. In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the third acceptance message generated by the third verifying means generates a command to the account management means to process the debit resulting from the transaction made in the account of the associated payer that has made the payment as well as the corresponding payment in the beneficiary's account of said payment. In turn, the account management means control at least a first intermediate account of each beneficiary contained in the first data storage means and in which each subscription is made and, in an advantageous embodiment of the invention, comprise first means transmission to transmit each subscription to a management and administration server comprising a beneficiary data bank in which all the payments made in favor of each beneficiary are stored, transferring the administration and management server, the payments contained in the bank of data to financial entities that manage financial accounts of each beneficiary. On the other hand, the account management means advantageously also control second intermediate accounts selected among prepaid accounts, such as those based on an electronic purse previously created in the first data storage means for each buyer who has previously "loaded" this wallet by means of a payment, in a manner analogous to how the purses are conventionally charged in, for example, payment cards or telephone cards, debit accounts in real time with an analogous operation the management of bank accounts in which debits from payments made with debit cards of the banking entities, and postpaid accounts of the payers, analogous to the bank accounts accounts in which debts are debited from payments made with credit cards. To each intermediate account of each payer is associated, a pre-established authorization criterion that is verified by the second verifying means. The authorization criterion can be, for example, a balance available in an intermediate account, a maximum credit limit and combinations thereof. On the other hand, in an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the means for managing accounts comprise second transmission means for transmitting the debits to each payer to a management and administration server comprising a bank of payer data in which they are stored. all the debits made against each payer, transferring the administration and management server the payments contained in the database to financial entities that manage financial accounts of each payer, so that the necessary final transactions are made from the account of each payer to the account of each beneficiary.
The security criterion associated with each admissible and known telephone number by the payer identified by the admissible telephone number can be a secret identification key, for example alphanumeric, such as, for example, PIN type. In this case, the third means of verification are designed to verify, in a manner known per se, whether a security parameter received from the digital mobile telephone of the payer involved in a transaction corresponds to such a key, by means of any of the following methods of verification that are applied according to the type of security criteria associated with this admissible telephone number: * Direct verification of whether the received security parameter contains the secret identification key; * Verification of whether the received security parameter contains an encrypted result of a self-verification performed locally on the mobile phone after the direct introduction of the secret identification key on the mobile phone by the buyer, by decryption means to decrypt the encrypted result from the secret identification key stored in the first data storage means. In addition to the aforementioned data, criteria and information, the first data storage means may also contain, at least with respect to certain beneficiaries, certain additional information, namely fourth information associated with said second information and comprising codes of information. reference identifying products or services of a beneficiary as well as a price associated with each product or service. These fourth information are useful in the following applications of the system according to the invention that we describe. On the one hand, the fourth information can be used to calculate the value of a requested transaction and to transmit to the associated payers information about the products and / or services and / or the partial and / or total prices of the transactions whose authorization is being managed , and ask for their agreement. Thus, in an embodiment of the invention, the second acceptance message further generates an order to the telecommunication means, to transmit at least the value of the transaction, or the total value and a specification of the corresponding products and / or services of the transaction, together with an identification of the beneficiary, which are transmitted together with the message requesting the security criterion to the digital mobile phone of the payer identified by the admissible telephone number involved in a transaction. On the other hand, these fourth information may also comprise a first selectable telephone number, composed of one of said reference codes and a corresponding identification code of the beneficiary and which constitutes the admissible identification code, in such a way that the purchase of products and / or services through admissible identification codes, such as for example telephone numbers, which univocally identify each a product or services, or a group of products and / or services of a certain beneficiary.
On the other hand, the fourth information may also comprise the admissible identification code in the form of a beneficiary access telephone number associated with at least one first menu composed of the reference codes, the products or services identified respectively by each of them. said reference codes and the price of said products or services. In another embodiment of the invention, the first data storage means can group together a plurality of beneficiaries who, for example, offer similar products and / or services, under a same admissible identification code, namely an admissible access telephone number which , when called, provides access to a "menu" of elections in which associated beneficiaries are specified, grouped under the admissible access telephone number from whose menu the payer can choose at least one beneficiary identified in turn by an admissible identification code. Such a menu can be designed in such a way that, from the same, the payer can directly access the chosen beneficiary to know their products and / or services making their selection in the menu, or so that the choice of a specific beneficiary provides access to fifth information, associated to said second information and analogous to the aforementioned fourth information. These fifth information identify reference codes, possibly associated with the specifications of the respective products or services and at the corresponding price, of the products and / or services of the selected beneficiary. The system of the present invention is susceptible of being used in and adapted to a plurality of different transactions, from a face-to-face purchase in which the payer is in the premises, such as, for example, a store, of a beneficiary, passing through the purchase of software via "Internet, the purchase of products or services with payment in advance, the delivery of products or services with a delivery note, the purchase in vending machines, and the payment from one particular to another. applicable to when a payer wishes to acquire software files such as for example programs, computer games, music, videos, etc., the system is designed in such a way that it can process a first message that in addition to its admissible telephone number, the code Identification identification of the beneficiary that, in this case, is that of a provider of software files, contains a recipient identification of electronic mail which the payer wants the requested software to be transmitted. In this case, the system, in addition to performing the operations already described above, operates with means generating confirmation messages that also generate a subsequent confirmation message containing a decryption key of the software file object of the transaction, whose key it is received on the first server and transmitted to the mobile phone identified by the admissible telephone number that identifies the payer involved in the transaction, in said subsequent confirmation message in such a way that the payer can decrypt the software file received on said Email address. On the other hand, when the system is used to make a purchase with payment in advance, the system can be designed in such a way that the first server also comprises first detection means for detecting a first advance payment purchase instruction and generating means of a collection key. In this embodiment, the means generating confirmation messages also generate a complementary confirmation message containing the collection key, said complementary confirmation message being transmitted to the mobile phone of the payer and to the telecommunications terminal of the beneficiary. In this way, the payer or the person he designates may, for example, receive the product or service purchased, indicating the beneficiary before receiving the collection key. In an embodiment of the system applicable to transactions in which the issuance of a delivery note is required, the first data storage means also include, with respect to each beneficiary, third information associated with said second information, and comprising data on products or services corresponding to each authorized transaction, and the first server further comprises second detecting means for detecting a second in-person delivery management instruction corresponding to an authorized transaction, and received from the telecommunications terminal consisting of a mobile telephone of a beneficiary, means generating a delivery key identifying at least one product or service to be delivered, and means generating a message identifying said product or service. In this embodiment, the means generating confirmation messages additionally generate an additional message containing the delivery key, said additional message being transmitted to the mobile phone of the payer and to the mobile phone of the beneficiary and the message identifying being transmitted at least to the mobile phone of the payer together with a request to transmit the security parameter. To manage the delivery, the system has delivery management process means that, when the third means verifiers have verified that the security parameter satisfies the security criteria associated with the mobile phone of the payer, generate a seat in a database of delivery notes that, preferably, can be consulted by the beneficiaries with respect to whose deliveries such delivery notes have been generated. In an embodiment of the system applicable to transactions corresponding to purchases of associated payers, in vending machines, the second information in the first data storage means comprises identification codes of a plurality of vending machines that each incorporate a digital mobile phone as telecommunications terminal, identified by a mobile phone number as an admissible identification code; an authorization code associated with the admissible telephone number of each vending machine; a code of activation of the vending machine, associated with each authorization code, which activates the vending machine to receive a request from the payer identified by the admissible telephone number. In this embodiment, the means generating confirmation messages generate, when the first, second and third verifying means have respectively generated the first, second and third acceptance messages, and transmit the confirmation message comprising at least the code of activation of the vending machine and the payable mobile telephone number of the payer. In order that the payer may make the selection and subsequent extraction of the product that he wishes to acquire in the vending machine, this embodiment may, depending on the pre-established conditions and contained in the first data storage means, adopt one or both of the following configurations: In the first of these configurations, the means generating confirmation messages establish a communication between the mobile phone of the payer and the vending machine during a pre-established period of time during which the payer can transmit, through the server, a selection message to the vending machine. In this configuration, the server also comprises means for deactivating the vending machine. In the second configuration, the means' generators of confirmation messages of the first server close the communication with the vending machine after transmitting the confirmation message, so that the payer can afterwards make its selection directly through at least one selector knob, as for example on a user keyboard, of the vending machine. Since in the vast majority of cases, the products dispensed in vending machines have very low prices, in this embodiment, the authorization criterion associated with the admissible telephone number of each vending machine is a direct authorization code that establishes a maximum limit selected between an economic value and a number of dispatch requests, admitted in a certain period of time with respect to requests made from the same mobile telephone, in such a way that the means generating confirmation messages generate the confirmation message when they have detected the direct authorization code. In this way, the need for the second means of verification to have access to the first data storage means to verify the authorization criteria applicable specifically to the payer is avoided and, consequently, a greater speed and a lower cost is achieved. in the management of the transaction. In this embodiment, the first server preferably also comprises recording means of the transactions recorded in each vending machine associated with the authorization means. The system of the invention can also be adapted to enable payment transactions from one user associated with another, for which the system can be designed in such a way that the means generating confirmation messages generate, when they have detected the first, second, third and fourth acceptance message, a first confirmation message containing a payer identification, an identification of the transaction contained in the transaction authorization request and a request for compliance to the beneficiary identified in the first message. Said request for compliance also comprises a request for transmission of the security parameter that the means generating confirmation messages transmit in said confirmation message to the mobile telephone of the beneficiary through the telecommunication means selected by said selecting means. In turn, the third means verifiers also verify if the security parameter transmitted from the mobile phone in response to the request for compliance, satisfies the security criterion associated with the beneficiary's second admissible telephone number, and generates a fifth acceptance message when said parameter satisfies said security criterion, while the means of authorization authorize the means of account management when it has been generated the fifth acceptance message, after which the means generating the confirmation messages generate and transmit a confirmation message about the transaction made to the mobile phone of the payer and to the mobile phone of the beneficiary. Preferably, at least the first server with the means described above, is part of a transaction and payment center. On the other hand, the present invention also relates to a method for processing payments and transactions between payers and beneficiaries associated with a system of the type described above, through digital mobile telephony and through which the following operational phases are basically enabled in a center of transactions and payments: - selectively receive, through telecommunication means and in a payment and transaction center, a first message with a mobile number of a payer or an identification code of a beneficiary; and also - receive the amount of a purchase or an identification code of a product or service; - verify whether the first message originates from a payer identified by an admissible telephone number or an acceptable identification code of a beneficiary; - verifying whether conditions of a transaction requested in the first message satisfy transaction criteria stored in first data storage means; verify in seconds data storage means, what is the type of digital mobile phone corresponding to the admissible telephone number and select one of the telecommunication means to communicate with the digital mobile telephone identified by the admissible telephone number, through a telecommunications service compatible with the type of digital mobile phone identified by the admissible telephone number; - check "online", in the first means of data storage, if the payer has available balance in a purse previously created, in said center of transactions and payments; - when it satisfies the transaction conditions and there is a sufficient available balance to authorize the transaction, request the payer identified in the first message to enter and transmit a security parameter in the mobile phone (16) identified in the first message; - verify, in the first data storage means if the security parameter entered and received from the payer's mobile phone, satisfies a security criterion univocally assigned to said mobile telephone; - authorize and carry out the requested transaction when the security parameter satisfies the security criterion; and - send confirmation that the transaction has been made, to the mobile payer phone and to the beneficiary. All these phases are common for the different embodiments of the invention and "in the case where the buyer makes a face-to-face purchase, that is directly in the seller's trade, it is he who initiates the transaction, and the buyer's identification. It is done by sending your mobile phone number, by the seller, to the transaction and payment center, in which case the seller's identification is implicitly made through the communication established with the transaction and payment center to send the number of the mobile telephone ^ of the purchaser together with the purchase amount or identification code of the product that is purchased This communication is made by means of a connection with a mobile telephone of the seller to the transaction and payment center, therefore, the method of the invention comprises a phase in which the buyer provides his phone number to the seller, this phase is carried out directly, c The buyer verbally communicates his telephone number to the seller, or by reading a medium containing the buyer's telephone number. Obviously the buyer can communicate his mobile phone number by any procedure and conventional device of equivalent functionality. After having verified the identity of the buyer and seller, verifying that both are registered in the center of transactions and payments, the procedure of the invention comprises the sending phase, to the mobile phone of the buyer through a connection from the transaction center and payments, a request for confirmation that you agree with the order for collection or transaction requested, which was made through the previous shipment of the purchase amount or identification code of the product that is purchased. In this request the transaction data is included. Then the buyer confirms the collection order by entering and sending his secret identification key, through his mobile phone, to the transaction and payment center, where it is verified. It is also possible that the verification of the secret identification key is made locally on the mobile phone, which sends to the center of transactions and payments the result of said local verification. In this case, in the center of transactions and payments, the result of said verification is checked from the secret identification key of the user, which is stored in the transaction and payment center. In order to communicate the transaction and payment center with the mobile phone of the buyer, it is foreseen that the procedure comprises a consultation phase, on the part of the transaction and payment center, of a database in it provided, which contains the characteristics of the mobile phone of each buyer and from this consultation selects a mobile communication equipment among the following, and which are included in the center of transactions and payments: - Short message centers (CMC), from which it allows / performs the Short Message Service (SMS) defined in the ETSI (European Standard Communication) GSM (Global Mobile Communications System) specifications 03.38, 03.40, 04.11, 09.02, through which it is possible to exchange text messages from up to 160 characters between mobile phones or between mobile phones and applications. For the present system of transactions and payments, both common short message centers and message centers designed specifically to allow synchronous communication between mobile telephones and the transaction and payment center will be used and will be used in all communications of Short messages completed on mobile phone. Unstructured supplementary service data (USSD) service centers defined in the ETSI GSM 02.90, 03.90, 04.80 and 04.90 specifications, through which continuous and interactive text dialogues are allowed between a mobile phone and a mobile phone. an application, initiated by both the user of the mobile phone (MAP phase 1 and 2) and by the application (MAP phones phase 2), by using the so-called "USSD operations". Both the USSD operations and the short message service mentioned above make use of the SDCCH signaling channels (Stand-alone Dedicated Control Channel) at the interface between the mobile phone and the base station, of the DTAP operations. (Direct Transfer Application Part) from the base station to the MSC (Mobile Network Switching Center), and MAP operations (Mobile User Application Part, Application Part of the mobile user) between the MSC and the USSD and short message centers respectively. Through WAP (wireless application protocol) (Wireless Application Protocol) that allows communication between mobile phones equipped with appropriate software and applications resident in Internet nodes, according to the specifications of the WAP Forum (http://www.wapfprum.org) , using data or short message services as transport in the case of GSM networks. Therefore, by means of the invention, the exchange of information between the transaction and payment center and the different types of mobile telephones is permitted, without these being modified, so that payment can be made by any type of mobile telephone. The update of the database in which the characteristics of the mobile telephone of each buyer are included, is preferably done automatically so that the transaction and payment center consults the nodes of the mobile telephony network, all such and as already described above. In the process of verification of the secret identification key, some of the following mechanisms are involved: - Authentication and GSM encryption that is based on the authentication center of the GSM network in which a secret authentication key Ki of each cell resides. user. This same key is inaccessible in the user's SIM (Subscriber Identification Module). For access to the GSM network, the authentication center generates a random RAND number of 128 bits that introduced in the non-standard algorithms A3 and A8, together with the key Ki, respectively produces an SRES parameter and a session key Kc. These parameters are stored in a visitor location register (VLR) of the authentication center by sending the random number RAND to the SIM where the same process is performed: the SRES parameter is returned to the network, which authenticates the user, and the session key Kc is stored in the mobile terminal. From that moment, the communication of the mobile phone with the base station controller (BSC) is encrypted using algorithm A5 with the key Kc. Authentication and encryption using software included in the SIM card "Toolkit", which is a programming model of SIM cards, described in the ETSI GSM 11.11 and 11.14 specifications. Regardless of the GSM encryption application that all SIM cards are running, SIM applications "Application Toolkit" can be developed that carry out the same management of digital certificates that are currently carried out in applications on personal computers. - Authentication and encryption using software in the mobile phone, in the case that it has the necessary processing capabilities, the management of digital certificates mentioned above can be done on the mobile phone itself. In the last two cases, the result of the local verification is sent to the transaction and payment center, as previously indicated. In addition, after verifying, in the transaction and payment center, that the secret key is correct, the procedure comprises a phase of discounting the amount of the transaction in the purse of the buyer, and once the confirmation of the transaction has been made to the buyer and to the seller, and after a certain period of time, it includes a phase of updating the data of the transaction made, which triggers the payment to the merchants and debits to the buyers, depending on the payment method chosen. Two payment methods have been defined by means of which the user of the service may pay the amount of his purchases, based on the options already described above with respect to the system of the invention, such as, for example: - Prepayment modality, in the one that the buyer previously loads in his purse previously opened in the center of transactions and payments, an amount of money. As the purchases occur, the amount of them is deducted in real time from this account. - Postpaid mode. In this mode, the amount of purchases made during that month is recorded in the user's wallet and the total invoiced monthly against the current account indicated by the user. In both cases, secondary accounts can be associated with a main account, so that several users, each provided with their mobile phone and each associated with a secondary purse, use the service, which includes only one owner. By means of the method of the invention, it is also possible to make an advance purchase, in which case the procedure is identical to that described for the face-to-face purchase, with the difference that the buyer provides his telephone number to the seller by means of a connection of the buyer with a seller's service center or automatic sales system, from which the seller sends to the transaction and payment center the amount of the purchase or identification code of the product that is purchased. Then the center of transactions and payments sends to the selling entity, along with the amount of the purchase or identification code of the product that is purchased, a collection key. In addition after making the discount of the purchase made in the purse of the buyer, the phase of sending confirmation to the buyer is made so that, the key to pick up the order is sent to the buyer, and in addition the stipulated delivery time of the purchase made is sent. In this way, when the buyer will pick up the product purchased, the collection key constitutes the receipt code, which guarantees that the payment has been made and also represents the product that will be delivered to the buyer. The invention also allows making purchases through the Internet, in which case the store is a virtual store of the conventional ones that is communicated through the Internet or through any type of network, with the center of transactions and payments. In this case, the procedure is exactly the same as that described for the face-to-face purchase, but with the difference that the buyer sends his phone number to the virtual store through the Internet. In the case in which the purchase through Internet is made from a mobile phone with WAP capacity, the phone number of the buyer will have been implicitly communicated to the seller when establishing communication between both, and the order of collection is communicated to the buyer, either through the procedures described for face-to-face purchase, or through the WAP communication established between the transaction and payment center and the buyer's mobile phone. In addition, by means of the invention it is allowed to make the purchase in vending machines, in this case the procedure is exactly the same as that described for face-to-face purchase with the difference that it is now the buyer who initiates the transaction by means of a connection with his mobile phone to the center. transactions and payments, so that their identification is implicitly made through the connection made; and the identification of the vending machine (seller) is effected by sending an identification code of the machine associated with it, by the buyer, through the connection made. For this the vending machine must include a mobile phone. Once the transaction and payment center has verified the identity of the buyer and the vending machine, it makes a connection with said vending machine by sending an activation signal of the vending machine. This connection is made through a mobile phone that is included in the vending machine, which after activating performs the following phases: it shows on the screen the identity of the buyer, allows the latter to select / choose the product, and then make the issuance of the same. In one embodiment, the charge orders accumulated in the vending machine are interrogated from time to time by the transaction and payment center, which processes all accumulated orders once they have been transmitted by the vending machine. When the method of the invention is applied to a vending machine, the phases are carried out and the means already described above are used with respect to the system. Furthermore, by means of the invention it is allowed to make the purchase of software files, through the Internet, for which the buyer provides his mobile phone number to the "on line" store, in this case virtual store; and from this the collection transaction begins as already described in the case of Internet payment, with the difference that in this case after downloading the encrypted files in the buyer's equipment, the latter requests the keys of decryption to the center. transactions and payments, these keys are generated by the seller and sent through a secure channel to the center of transactions and payments, which determines the acknowledgment of receipt of the files and therefore their delivery, including the subsequent shipment phase, by part of the center of transactions and payments, decryption keys to the mobile phone of the buyer, which is the proof of delivery of the Intellectual Property. The invention can also be used to perform functions of electronic delivery note, in which case the seller makes a connection with his mobile phone to the center of transactions and payments, so that the seller is implicitly identified by the connection made in which he sends the code Identification of the product to be delivered, so that after said identification the seller asks the transaction and payment center for a control number, to make the delivery of a product to the buyer. Then the center of transactions and payments through connection with the buyer, sends the control number requested by the seller, as well as the product that will be delivered to him, and then he is asked for his secret key, which after being introduced to through your mobile phone is the recognition of the delivery and acceptance of the product. In this way the physical receipt is replaced by the described procedure, allowing to automate the logistic control of the seller eliminating the paper, for which a database accessible by the seller is foreseen. It should be noted in the latter case that the transaction may be accompanied or not paid, as agreed between both parties. Obviously, the technical and operational characteristics described above with respect to the system of the present invention are also applicable to the method of the invention, and vice versa. Figure 6 shows a functional block diagram of a possible embodiment of the system of the invention for effecting a transaction between users. Figure 7 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of the interrelation of the different media that constitute the first server included in the transaction and payment center represented in the previous figures. DESCRIPTION OF FORMS OF EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The invention is described below by means of the aforementioned figures. In Figure 1, the procedure can be seen in face-to-face purchases, that is to say in those purchases in which a payer 13, which in this case is a buyer, moves to the business of the beneficiary 14, which in this case is a seller, for make a purchase To be able to make the purchase it is necessary that the seller 14 and the buyer 13 be registered in a transaction and payment center 17, for which each buyer 13 is assigned a security criterion consisting of a secret identification key that It is related to your mobile phone number. ~ In the face-to-face purchase, the buyer 13 communicates, by means of a phase to the vendor 14, his MSISDN (Mobile Station International Number Integrated Services Digital Network Number) telephone number or a number related thereto, different from the secret identification code. This phase is carried out either verbally or by means of a stylus provided on the vendor's equipment 15, with which a bar code of a customer's label or card is read. For example, this card may be attached to the mobile telephone 16 of the buyer 13. The vendor 14, through a device 15, establishes a communication 2a with the transaction and payment center 17 to request authorization for a transaction. In the communication 2a sends a collection order containing the MSISDN of the buyer 13 or the number related thereto, as well as the amount of the transaction whose authorization is being requested. By way of example, the equipment 15 can be constituted by a compact mobile terminal based on a microprocessor in which the corresponding programming is stored that allows to carry out the sales application according to the invention, and which includes a screen, keyboard, and a mobile phone with capacity of communications USSD phase 2, to realize the different communications with the center of transactions and payments 17 through the mobile telephone. To allow communication 2a to be established, the transaction and payment center has a USSD 19 mobile communications device through which communication 2a is established with the mobile phone of the vendor's equipment. In addition, the transaction and payment center 17 has an "online" transaction and payment server 20 that includes a storage databank 21 of the types of mobile phones 16 of each purchaser 13, and of each vendor 14, as well as the telephone number of each of them; and which also includes a data bank 22 in which the data relating to the transaction and payment center 17 are stored. In said data bank 22, also, first information about each buyer 13 and second information "about each vendor 14 are stored. they are registered in the payment service materialized in the transaction and payment center 17, for which in the data bank 22 the telephone numbers of the buyers are stored, the secret key that is assigned to each buyer when In the payment service and, optionally, a code for each buyer, such as your telephone number, the server 20 checks the identity of the merchant through the first communication means 20a through the origin of the communication 2a, that in the connection made by the equipment 15 his telephone number is implicit, and also verifies through the means 20a that the telephone number of the buyer sent, or the number ero related to this, corresponds to a user subscribed to the payment service, and if the verification is correct generates a first message of acceptance.
In addition, the server 20 checks a pre-established authorization criterion by means of a few seconds verifying means 20b, which consists of checking the balance or credit status of the buyer, by means of a phase 3. The balance is checked in the purse previously opened in the data bank 22, and if the verification is correct, it generates a second acceptance message. If the above checks give a positive result and as a consequence the acceptance messages have been generated, communication is established with the buyer 13. In this communication the server 20 sends to the mobile telephone 16 of the buyer 13 a request 5a or 5b for confirmation of the order of collection, either through the mobile communications equipment USSD 19 (5a) or a mobile communications equipment materialized in a short message center 18 (CMC) (5b), depending on the type of mobile phone 16 of which it is the owner the buyer 13, so that communication with any type of mobile telephone that the buyer has acquired is allowed. For the choice of the phase 5a or 5b, the server 20 consults, through phase 4, the data bank 21 by means of selecting 2 Oh, to verify which is the type of mobile phone owned by the buyer 13 and select the team 18 or 19 through which communication takes place. At this point it should be noted that the updating of the database 21 is done, based on one or more of the possibilities already described above in the chapter "Description of the Invention", through a process of consulting the nodes of the network of mobile communications, in which the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identifier) of the mobile telephone 16 of the purchaser 13 is registered, and from which the system knows said characteristics. In figure 7 can be seen, among other things, an embodiment of the first server 20 with a plurality of materializations of consultation and update means for obtaining and updating the IMEI codes, in all of which every second information contained in the second means of data storage 21 and relating to the type of digital mobile telephone contained in the second data storage means 21 with respect to each admissible telephone number of each associated payer 13 and each admissible identification code of each beneficiary 40 (when the latter is a digital mobile telephone number, as will be explained later), is a first identifier code representative of an IMEI code. Thus, in the first embodiment, the first inquiry means 20r extracts the IMEI code associated with each admissible telephone number, from a terminal identification register (EIR = Equipment Identifier Regist.), In which each of the location records of visitors updates the association between IMEI code and admissible phone number. In the second embodiment, the first inquiry means 20r extract the IMEI code associated with each admissible telephone number, from the unstructured supplementary service data frames (USSD), in which each location record of Visitors associated with each mobile network switching center (MSC = Mobile Switching Center) that has processed said frames, have entered the IMEI code associated with the admissible telephone number corresponding to the user that originated said frame. In the third embodiment, the first inquiry means 20r extracts the IMEI code associated with each admissible telephone number, through an interface between the visitor location register and said inquiry means 20r. In the fourth embodiment, the first server 20 comprises second inquiry means 20t for consulting the call data records in a data bank of the mobile telephony operator (CDR = Cali Data Register), which contain the relation of each telephone number that made the call that originated said CDR with an identifier code IMEI of the terminal from which said call originated, the IMEI code corresponding to the admissible telephone numbers, and second updated means 20u for updating said second information in the second data storage means 21 based on a comparison of each IMEI code consulted by the second inquiry means 20t with each code representative of the IMEI code associated with each admissible telephone number, contained in the second means data storage 21. In the fifth embodiment, the second information also comprises at least one data indicative of the communication capacity selected between the handling capacity of sessions according to wireless application protocols (WAP = Wireless Application Protocol), the capacity of handling of supplementary service data sessions unstructured data (USSD = Unstructured Supplementary Service Data), of each digital mobile telephony device identified by an IMEI code, and associated with an admissible telephone number. Finally, in the sixth embodiment, the first server 20 comprises second inquiry means 20t for consulting in a database of the mobile telephony operator the registers that each switching center of the mobile network (MSC = Mobile Switching Center) overturns in a way Immediate each time it passes a USSD frame or a voice call to a specific number, which contains the relation of each phone number that made the call or originated the USSD frame with an IMEI identifier code of the terminal from which the call originated or frame, the IMEI code corresponding to the admissible telephone numbers, and second updating means 20u for updating said second information in the second data storage means 21 based on a comparison of each IMEI code consulted by the second inquiry means 20t with each code representative of the IMEI code associated with each admissible telephone number, contained in the sec data storage means 21. Obviously, although Figure 7 shows a plurality of different coexisting materializations in the same first server, the system according to the invention may comprise only some of these materializations. In the event that the mobile telephone 16 has the USSD version 2 capabilities, the 5a phase is performed by sending a USSD frame, a procedure by which the connection between the mobile telephone 16 and the server 20 is opened. Upon receipt this frame, the mobile phone 16 shows on the screen the authorization request with the details of the collection order. In case of not having the mobile telephone 16, of the USSD version 2 capabilities, this request is made by sending 5b of a short message class 0 with the details of the collection order and instructions for sending the authorization. Upon receiving a short message class 0, the mobile phone 16 shows it on the screen, without the need for the user to navigate through the menu structure stored in his mobile phone. For sending these confirmation request messages, a short message center 18 is used, which is characterized by synchronous communications. The buyer 13 confirms the order of receipt received 5a or 5b by entering 6 the secret key assigned to him when registering in the service, through the keypad of his mobile phone. This identification key can be verified locally, in the mobile phone, through phase 33 in the case that the mobile phone has SIM card authentication mechanisms. In this case, a phase 7d is carried out in which the result of the local encrypted authentication is sent to the payment server by means of a short message addressed to the synchronous message center 18 mentioned above. In this case, the transaction and payment center verifies the security criterion by decrypting and verifying the result of said verification from the secret identification key of the user who has stored it. If these mechanisms are not available, the secret key is sent using the encryption of the mobile communications network described in the description section of the invention, by means of any of the following procedures: In the case of a mobile phone 16 with USSD version 1 and 2, which has received the request through phase 5a, the secret identification key that the buyer has typed in phase 6 is sent through the phase 7a on, the connection that was opened in said phase 5a. In the case of a mobile phone with USSD version 1 capability, which has received the request through phase 5b, the sequence that the buyer has typed consists of a USSD service code, followed by the secret key, and is sent by phase 7b in a USSD version 1 operation frame originated in the mobile telephone. In the case of a mobile phone without USSD capability, which has received the request through phase 5b, the sequence that the buyer 13 types consists of the secret key, which is sent through phase 7c in a short message, by response to phase 5b, or to a short number assigned by the operator to that service, depending on the number of the mobile telephone 16 of the buyer 13. Next the server 20 verifies, by means of third verification means 20c, the secret code sent by the buyer 13. The verification is done through phase 8, and if it is positive, the result of the verification generates a third acceptance message. The server 20 has means of authorization 20d that when it receives the three authorization messages, authorizes, through the generation of a command, account management means 20e included in the server 20, to be deducted from the purse / credit account of the buyer the amount of the transaction and to pay this amount in the seller's account through phase 9; and sends confirmation of the transaction both to the terminal of the vendor 15 and to the mobile telephone 16 of the buyer 13 through the phases 10. This confirmation is performed by a means generating confirmation messages 20g included in the server 20. These means 20g can confirm also the buyer 13 and / or the seller 14 the checks carried out by means 20a and 20b. Later, through phase 11, which is an "off line" phase, the data is updated to an administration and management server 23, from which the processes of credit to stores and debits to buyers are triggered, depending on the chosen payment method, through the specific applications built in relation to financial entities, with which communication is established through line 26. To perform this functionality, the administration and management server 23 has a data bank 24 of the stores, and with a data bank 25 of the buyers. The server 20 has rejection message generating means 20f, which when at least one of the acceptance messages has not been generated transmits a rejection message to the seller and / or the buyer. The described operation is identical for the case in which a purchase is made by Internet, in which case the payer is a buyer 13 and the beneficiary is a virtual store 27 to which the buyer sends his telephone number, or the number related to it through the phase lb, through the communication between the buyer 13 and the virtual store 27, as is conventionally carried out in this type of purchases, ie through the Internet. Next, the virtual store 27 sends a collection order 2b, equivalent to the collection order 2a described above, but with the difference that this collection order is sent to a network 28 through which the communication with the server is established 20. In this case "the procedure is the same as that described above, for which the sending of the confirmation through phase 10 is made through the communications network 28. The communication network 28 can be the Internet, a digital network of integrated services, the switched telephone network, or any other network, these accesses will be equipped with the necessary securing mechanisms for each case, and - through the procedure described with the help of figure 1 - purchases of advance payment, for which in this case, the buyer 13 communicates to the seller 14 his telephone number by means of a telephone connection with a care center or by means of a system automatic sale that the seller has operational for this purpose. From this point on, the procedure is the same as for face-to-face purchase, but with the difference that when the seller communicates with the transaction and payment center 17, he sends along with the transaction data and with the telephone number of the buyer 13, an instruction to purchase an advance payment which is detected by first detection means 20i included in the server 20, which also has means generating a collection key 20j by means of which it generates a collection key when said instruction is detected. This key is sent to the buyer and seller in phase 10, along with the described confirmation of this phase 10. In this way, when the buyer goes to collect physically, to the seller's shop 14, the product previously ordered, must communicate the key collection so that the seller can know what buyer is and what is the product to deliver. This mode of operation is particularly useful in those businesses that trigger the production of the good only under the premise that the product is already paid for example perishable products, and therefore has the certainty that even if the product is not collected later, it has already been charged. This scheme is only possible when the transaction is carried out "online". The provision of the collection key by the buyer to the seller constitutes the proof that he has already made the payment in advance. By means of the system and method of the invention, payments can also be made in vending machines, which is described with the help of Figure 2. In this case the beneficiary is the vending machine 29, which must include a mobile telephone 29a with ability to communicate short messages and data. The buyer 13 reads from the vending machine 29 a machine identification code, which is represented by the step 30. Next the buyer 13 by a communication 31a or 31b, depending on the type of mobile phone 16l he has, such and as already described above, it sends the identification code of the vending machine 29 to the server 20. This phase would be equivalent to the phase 2a, 2b described in the previous sections, but with the difference that the identification of the buyer is effected now implicitly through the connection 31a or 31b, and the identification of the trade, in this case vending machine 29, is effected through the code sent by the buyer. The transaction and payment center checks the identity of the customer, his balance or credit limit, the typology of the mobile telephone 16 and the number of the mobile telephone 29a with which the vending machine 29 is provided. This is done through phases 3 and 4. The phases 5a, 5b, 6, 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d, 8 and 9 are identical to those described above. Next, an activation order 32 of the vending machine is sent through the mobile telephony network (equipment 18 or 19). This activation order is carried out through communication with the mobile telephone of the vending machine 29, for which the transaction and payment center 17 establishes communication with the mobile telephone of the machine, which upon receiving said order, is activated in the same way as if coins had been inserted in it. Together with the activation order of the vending machine 29, the identification of the buyer 13 is sent, so that the vending machine shows it on the screen and then the buyer selects and obtains the desired product according to the step 31. For this the server 20 closes the communication with the vending machine and allows to make this selection through the selector controls of the vending machine. In an embodiment of the invention, the means for generating confirmation messages 20g establish a communication between the mobile telephone 16 of the payer and the vending machine for a pre-established period of time during which the payer 13 can transmit, through the server 20., a selection message to the vending machine, that is to say, the selection of the product is made through the mobile telephone instead of the selector controls of the vending machine After this period of time the communication between the server and the vending machine is cut off It is possible for the server 20 to comprise deactivating means 20o of the vending machine, which in this case have the function of cutting off the communication between the server, vending machine and buyer upon detecting said deactivation. 29, when it is interrogated by the transaction and payment center, sends to the server 20 the record of the purchases and the users who made them, according to the step 12. For this the server 20 comprises 20p register means of the transactions registered in each machine vending machine that is associated with the authorization means 20d.Phase 10 is carried out when the the periodic download of purchases made. In certain circumstances, such as the case in which the amounts of the transaction to be made are low, it could be the case that the buyer's secret code is not required, in which case the corresponding phases would be eliminated. this operation. The system of the invention is also applicable to carry out the purchase by Internet or other remote channels, which is described with the help of figure 3. The buyer 13 (payer) and through the Internet, provides, through phase 1, its number of telephone to the virtual shop 27 (beneficiary), and all this "on line". From the virtual store 27, through a network 28, phase 2 is carried out, which consists in sending to the server 20 the collection order containing the telephone number and the amount of the purchase to be made. In this operation, the server 20 verifies the identities of the buyer and the seller and generates a connection to the mobile telephone 16 of the buyer 13, through the equipment 18 or 19 depending on the type of telephone of which the latter is the owner, to send a message to him. it informs of the identity of the trade, of the amount of the purchase, and the secret key is requested according to the phases already described with the help of figure 1. After checking that there is availability of balance, the transaction is confirmed to the buyer 13 and to the store virtual 27. Therefore, phases 1 to 10 are identical to those already described. Then the virtual store downloads "on line" the software files encrypted in the computer of the buyer 13 through the Internet according to the stage 34. When the buyer 13 has received them, he requests the decryption keys through the phases 12a or 12b, depending on the type of mobile telephone, to the server 20. These keys are generated by the vendor 27 and sent through a secure channel to the server 20 at his request. Next, the confirmation message generating means 20g of the server 20 generates a confirmation message containing the decryption key of the software file that is transmitted to the buyer through phases 13a or 13b, depending on the type of mobile phone 16 of the buyer 13, and finally the data is updated in the server 20 and in the administration and management server 23 through the phase 11"off line". In addition, by means of the system of the invention its application as an electronic delivery note is allowed, which is explains with the help of figure 4. When a provider 14a (beneficiary) makes home delivery to a buyer 13, at that time the provider 14a, through a mobile phone 15a makes a communication 2c with the center of transactions and payments 17 to the one that sends the identification code of the product that is bought and the telephone number of the buyer, and also asks for a delivery code such as a control number. For this the seller sends a second delivery management instruction that is detected by a second detection means 20k provided in the server 20. After checking the center 17 the identity of the provider 14a through the communication 2c, and from said detection, by means generating the delivery key 201, said delivery key is generated and sent to the seller through the step 35, so that subsequently the center 17 identifies the typology of the mobile phone of the The purchaser uses phase 4 and communicates with it via a connection 36a or 36b, depending on the type of mobile telephone 16 of the purchaser 13 as already explained above. In the communication 36a or 36b the buyer 13 receives the data relating to the control number, the product that is delivered and the request of his secret code. To do this, the server 20 has means generating a 20m identifier message for said product or service. Next, the buyer enters his secret code, which implies recognition of the delivery and acceptance of the product. The server 20 checks that the data is correct by means of the phase 8a of the form already described in previous examples (phase 8). Next, by delivery management process means 20n included in the server 20, it generates a seat in a delivery note database 37 and confirms the delivery to both by means of phase 10. Finally, the delivery data is updated through the phase lia "off line" in the administration server management 23. The database 37 of the server 20 is accessible by the provider allowing him to take a computer control of the situation of his deliveries, control that bears the digital signature of acceptance of his clients by sending the control number and the secret key. This is done through phase 38. In this way, the physical receipt that is conventionally delivered to the buyer is replaced by the procedure described. Also this phase 38, can be done in the face-to-face purchase, purchase in advance, and purchase online, which were previously described. This type of transactions may be accompanied or not paid. Figure 5 shows another possible example of realization to make purchase by code of a product or a service, which consists of assigning a reference code to each product or service of a seller that also identifies the price of the product or service, so that you can buy by catalog; purchase in response to any type of advertisement, such as television advertisements or written advertisements; purchase for the viewing of television programs, or any other type of purchase in which a reference code is assigned to the product or service. In this case, in order to make the purchase, the buyer calls the transaction and payment center 17, by means of his mobile phone, establishing a communication 45a or 45b, depending on the type of mobile telephone owned by the buyer 13. The communication 45a establishes through the mobile communications equipment 19, and the communication 45b is established through the short message center 18, as already explained in the previous cases - - - In the communication 45a or 45b, the buyer sends a number telephone comprising a part indicative of the reference code of the product being purchased, and another part indicative of the identity of the seller, and this is stored in the data bank 22. At this point, it should be noted that there is a possibility, according to another embodiment of the invention, that the telephone number that the buyer marks, to call the transaction and payment center 17, allows access to a menu of a series of different vendors, which is stored in the data bank 22, so that when the transaction and payment center 17 receives this call, it accesses said menu in the data bank 22 and sends the buyer a message with the different options of the sellers, point from which the selection is allowed, first of the seller, and then of the product that you want to buy. According to another embodiment, it is also possible that the number dialed by the buyer, to access the transaction and payment center 17, refers to a specific vendor, stored in the center's 22 data bank - of transactions and payments 17, so that the transaction and payment center 17 sends the customer a message containing a menu with the different products to be selected from said vendor. This structure has the advantage that the user does not need to know the codes of the products, but on the contrary from a generic phone number, can access the products of a particular vendor, or several sellers. In any case, the choice of the mobile communications equipment 18, 19 to establish the communication 45a or 45b with the buyer, is carried out by means of phase 4, in which the server 20 consults the databank 21, as already explained. , to determine which is the type of mobile phone owned by the buyer 13. Likewise, in this case the server 20 checks the identity of the buyer through the origin of the communication 45a or 45b, since the connection made is implicit your phone number, and also verifies that the seller identified by the buyer according to one or more of the alternatives described above, is subscribed to the payment service, and determines the product that is purchased and priced according to the different alternatives described above, directly from the number dialed by the buyer, or indirectly from the seller or sellers referred to by the telephone number marked in icially. It is possible that the data relating to each product of each vendor are stored in the vendor's own equipment 46, in which case the transaction and payment center 17 asks vendor 46, through the communication network 47 that unites them, the price and product to which the buyer refers. The seller 46 responds with the appropriate data and the transaction and payment center 17 communicates it to the buyer 13. Next, in any of the cases mentioned, phase 3 is carried out to verify the balance, and if the previous checks give a positive result the phases 5a or 5b of confirmation of the payment order already described above are generated. Next, the buyer 13 confirms the received payment order 5a or 5b by entering through the keypad of his mobile phone, the secret key, which is verified through phase 8 starting from phases 33 and 7d or 7a, 7b or 7c described above. If the result of the verification is positive, it deducts the amount of the transactions from the purse / credit account of the buyer and pays the amount in the vendor's account through phase 9, and the identification of the buyer and the product purchased. communicate to the vendor 46 through a communications network 47 so that the latter sends the purchased product to the buyer's address. In addition, the confirmation of the transaction is sent through phases 10. The phase 11 that was already described is then carried out. Through the network 47, the vendor 46 updates the database 22 of the transaction and payment center 17 regarding its products, prices and% codes that affect them, each time said vendors make a modification thereon, when these data are stored in said center 17. In the case where it is a purchase for the viewing of television programs, the buyer initiates the typical transaction by calling the number that appears on the television screen, from which the center of transactions and payments 17 communicates with the broadcasting center that broadcasts the selected decoded program, and to which the buyer who is selecting the purchase of the program is informed. In other words, its operation is equal to the delivery of a physical product, only in this case the seller delivers the television signal. . Figure 6 shows another possible embodiment whereby transactions are allowed between users 13 and 40 who own a mobile telephone 16, 41 respectively, and who are evidently registered in the transaction and payment center. 17, in the way already commented. In this case the user 13 constitutes a payer, and the user 40 constitutes a beneficiary. Thus, when a payer 13 wishes to make a transaction to a beneficiary 40, it establishes a communication 39a with the short message center 18 or a communication 39b with the mobile communication equipment 19, depending on the type of mobile phone the user has. In this case, in communication 39a or 39b, the payment order containing the telephone number of the beneficiary 4-0 or number related thereto is sent, and also sends the amount of the transaction whose authorization is being requested, corresponding, for example, to a debt that you wish to settle, or to a credit that you wish to make. For this, server 20 comprises complementary verifying means 20q associated with the selecting means 2Oh to verify when a telephone number corresponding to another user 40 owning a mobile telephone is received, together with the transaction request. When the complementary verifying means 20q detects that the beneficiary is a user 40, they generate a fourth acceptance message that is processed by the means generating confirmation messages 20g. In this case the transaction and payment center, in its data banks 21 and 22, stores the data corresponding to the beneficiary 40, in the same way as it does with the payer 13. The choice of communication equipment for N establish communication 39a or 39b, is carried out through phase 4. Through the origin of the communication 39a or 39b, the identity of the payer 13 and the telephone number of the beneficiary 40 are verified, and subsequently the balance is checked through phase 3. When the means confirmation message generators 20g detect the aforementioned four confirmation messages, generate a confirmation message and carry out, in the manner already described, phases 5a, 6 and 7a, or 5b, 6 and 7b, or 5b, 6 and 7c , and finally phase 8 as already described. Next, the server 20 sends to the mobile phone 41 of the beneficiary "40, a request 5c or 5d for confirmation of the payment order, depending on the type of mobile phone owned by the beneficiary 13a.
This is selected by phase 4. For the choice of phases 5c or 5d, the server 20 performs a process identical to that described for phases 5a or 5b, so that phases 7 and 7f are identical to phases 7a and 7b , and the phases 7g and 7h are identical to the phases 7c and 7d. The server verifies the secret key sent by the beneficiary 40 through phase 8, and in case of being positive the result of the verification of both secret identification keys corresponding to the payer and the beneficiary, is deducted from the wallet or credit account of the payer the amount of the transaction through phase 9 and the amount of the transaction is paid to the purse / account to the beneficiary's credit by said phase 9, and then confirmation is sent to payer 13 and beneficiary 4JD through phases 10. Finally Phase 11 is carried out in the manner already described. Obviously, it is possible for the transaction to be initiated by the beneficiary 40, in which case the process is carried out in an inverse manner to the one described, that is, the confirmation of the beneficiary's secret key and subsequently that of the payer is requested first.
