Description
TOY, BASE PANEL AND PIECE ".
The present invention relates to a toy preferably usable for playful or educational purposes, comprising a set of parts capable of adhesion to a base panel, when a liquid such as water is present. This toy was specially developed so that said pieces can be combined in different ways between them and in relation to the aforementioned base panel, in which a thematic scenario is printed capable of visually interacting with the aforementioned pieces, which are preferably flat and cut out in the form of different characters and objects. The present toy was created for recreational activities in wet areas, such as: swimming pools, bathtubs, showers and / or others, where all the components of the toy are wet, and with that the said base panel can be adhered against a support surface by the support effect conferred by the water film distributed between a first face of said panel and said support surface, which may be, for example, a tiled wall. On a second side of said panel the mentioned pieces are distributed in the form of figures and objects, also adhered by the action of the water film, resulting in a scene or landscape suitable to support stories created by the child himself or by an adult accompany him Naturally, the aforementioned scene or landscape can be altered depending on the development of the story, through the manipulation of the pieces on the base panel, either in the sense of varying the position of them, as well as in the sense of removing them. or place them on the panel.
State of the Art Currently there are some types of toys that can be used in recreational activities in wet areas, such as inside a bathtub, as taught, for example, in the U.S. patent. 5,607,339, the text of which is incorporated herein by reference. This patent describes a bathtub toy which, in general, consists of small pieces in flexible plates or sheets, having various forms, of a plastic polymer of flexible material of 2 to 6 mm in thickness. The plates have a lower weight than the lift effect resulting from a thin bait of water evenly distributed over its surface. The mentioned pieces are cut out imitating known figures, varied objects, including letters and numbers, as well as in some pieces the external cut is presented in a combined way to form a puzzle. As described, the user can make different arrangements with the pieces.
According to that North American document, the pieces of the toy are temporarily fixed against a smooth surface, such as that of a tile. Despite the toy of the prior art to the present invention be suitable for children's entertainment, its playful effect is limited only to the combination between one piece and another and, consequently, is removed from thematic resources that could eventually enrich the playful effect. Also known in the art is the Brazilian patent application MU 7200034, also incorporated herein by reference, which also deals with a set of parts representing letters and numbers for use associated with some perforated plates with corresponding openings, both capable of being adhered to surfaces wet, resulting in a set destined more for the educational area, particularly literacy. As indicated in that order, the openings correspond to the aforementioned pieces to receive by means of fitting a certain figure and the letters that form a word related to said figure, such as its name. The set described in the document MU 7200034 has the disadvantage that its educational possibilities are limited to the interaction between the pieces, which harms its use in other activities than the educational ones, particularly literacy.
Objectives of the invention The main objective of the invention is to provide a toy with unusual possibility of variations between its elements and with greater playful / didactic content. According to the teachings of this invention, this objective is obtained through a toy preferably usable in playful activities in wet environments, comprising a plurality of pieces in various formats and characterized by additionally comprising a base panel having a first passable face adhesion to a generic support surface and a second face to which the pieces can adhere. This toy will be especially usable in play activities in wet areas, such as the interior of a bathtub, being that, unlike toys or sets of the prior art, those activities can be developed through the interaction of the corresponding parts with a base panel that represents a thematic scenario, surpassing with advantage the limitations of the prior art. The existence of such a base panel interposed between the pieces and a generic support surface, allows not only the creation of stories with the combination between one piece and another, but also between the mentioned pieces and the constant theme of the panel. It is also an advantage resulting from the invention to use the same set of pieces on panels with different themes, exploring to the maximum the resources of the same set of pieces. The present invention is still not only translated by a base panel adapted to integrate the toy under discussion, having a first face passable for adhesion to a generic support surface and a second face to which parts in a varied format can adhere; but also by a piece adapted to integrate the mentioned toy, which is made from EVA plate, with a density of approximately 10 g / cm3 and hardness from 18 to 20 shore.

As illustrated in Figures 1 and 2A (2A.1, 2A.2, 2A.3, 2A.4, 2A.5), 2B (2B.1, 2B.2, 2B.3, 2B.4), 2C (2C.1, 2C.2, 2C.3, 2C.4, 2C.5, 2C.6), 2D (2D.1, 2D.2, 2D.3, 2D.4, 2D.5, 2D. 6) and 2E (2E.1, 2E.2, 2E.3, 2E.4, 2E.5), the toy under discussion comprises a base panel 1 and a set of pieces 2 capable of adhesion to panel 1 when by at least one of the two is wet or wet. Preferably, both the panel 1 and the pieces 2 are made of impermeable material, such as plastic. The panel 1 is preferably configured as a malleable plastic film, for example of vinyl material or low density polyethylene, in the square or rectangular format, having preferred dimensions of 700 +/- 10 mm (length), 500 +/- 10 mm (width) and 180 +/- 10 miera (thickness). The preferred weight of each panel 1 is 62 +/- 1.0 g. Panel 1 has first and second faces, having a milky white background pigmentation. The pieces 2 are preferably made from foamed impermeable material plates, such as EVA, with a density of approximately 10 g / cm3 and hardness of 18 to 20 shore. The pieces have different dimensions, with the smallest varying between 0.8 and 4.0 cm and the largest between 3 and 18 cm. The thickness varies from 4 to 8 mm, with an average of 6 mm. Therefore, the minimum area of each piece 2 is 2.4 cm2 and the maximum area of 72 cm2, with an average area of 37.2 cm '. Considering that the material (EVA), in the thickness of 6 mm weighs 0.1 g per cm2, its minimum weight is 0.2 to 7.2 g maximum, the average being 3.72 g. According to Figures 2A (2A.1, 2A.2, 2A.3, 2A.4, 2A.5), 2B (2B.1, 2B.2, 2B.3, 2B.4), 2C (2C) .1, 2C.2, 2C.3, 2C.4, 2C.5, 2C.6), 2D (2D.1, 2D.2, 2D.3, 2D.4, 2D.5, 2D.6) and 2E (2E.1, 2E.2, 2E.3, 2E.4, 2E.5), these plates are cut into different sizes, so as to represent various figures, such as for example people, animals, birds, fish , regular and irregular geometric figures, etc. The pieces 2 are dyed in different colors through the conventional process, so that it results in a non-toxic product that does not discolor and that meets the norms of commercialization of toys, such as the ABRINQ norms and others. According to the present invention, the base panel
1 is able, when moistened or wet, to have a first face adhered against a smooth support surface (not shown) similar to a tiled wall, its second face being capable of supporting said parts
2. Preferably, both the adhesion of the panel 1 to said support surface, as the adhesion of the pieces 2 to the panel 1 is due to the effect of supporting a water film. According to the specific teachings of the invention, designs are reproduced on the second side of the panel 1, reproducing a scenario, landscape or any other situation that forms a thematic backdrop with which the pieces 2 temporarily adhered to the aforementioned one will interact. second face. To increase an alternative of adhesion of the pieces 2 in the second face of the panel 1 when the environment is dry, said panel 1 is configured so that at least said second face is carrier of electrostatic charge and a coefficient of friction of 15 to 20 (dimensionless). Preferably, the printing of the designs is in four colors by flexographic process.
As illustrated in Figures 3 and 4, the panel 1 can be formed by cooperating elements 1 ', delimited by straight cuts 3, sinuous 4, etc. According to the illustrations, the elements 1 'can be arranged adjacently to complete the scenario printed on the panel 1. Even in another constructive variation, the panel 1, configured in a single piece or not, has its two faces printed with Same or different scenarios. With reference to Figure 5, it can be seen that panel 1 can, for example, configure a coastal scenario capable of interacting with pieces 2 in the form of fish or other objects associated with the beach or sea. Naturally, there are many thematic possibilities that will guide the printing in panel 1 and the configuration of pieces 2. In any case, it is convenient that there is a large number (twenty or more pieces 2 different), to increase the thematic variations. The present toy is intended for children of different ages, from kindergarten, preschool or school (from 15 months to 12 years), being that its use characterizes play activities through exercise games, symbolic and coupling, favoring above all The development of the child in different aspects, such as the corporal, intellectual and in terms of creativity.
When using the toy under discussion, the child, with or without the help of the adult, proceeds to adhere the pieces 2 on the panel 1, being that the manipulation and alternation between the various components allows to create different stories, even with progressive alterations associated with the different stages of the story, providing intense satisfaction to the child. This toy serves to mediate the relationship that the child establishes with other people at bath time or in a game with water in the pool or with a shower in the garden, an adult being able to approach the child in an affective and playful way, and together participate of a game of telling stories, which can become a relaxing moment and intensification of affective bonds between people and at the same time the development of the child is carried out in several aspects. Preferably, the panel 1 and the pieces 2 must be made in quality material pleasant to the touch, the printing and dyeing of the pieces 2 being made in order to guarantee an excellent visual effect. It should be kept in mind that the present description and designs relate only to an embodiment of the present invention, the effective scope of which is defined in the following claims.
