Abstract
They are provided as a new industrial product, a valve that is repairable, installed in a container, container or cylinder for combustible gases or compressible fluids, whether liquefied or gaseous, without needing to empty the container, container or cylinder, or without having to remove the valve from the contened
Description
"REPARABLE VALVE, WITH STEP VALVE, DIRECT COUPLING."
DESCRIPTION
The present invention has application within the equipment or products that have been developed for the control of LP gas, which are used for domestic use in stoves, where a cylinder, a flow control valve, service or filling and a cylinder are used. regulator commonly called direct coupling.
There are currently two systems in the market for the use of LP gas, which consist of: a cylinder to contain LP gas at high pressure, a service or filling valve for LP gas, and a low pressure regulator that can be a POL coupling authorized by SECOFI according to standard NOM 018/2-SCFI1993, and the direct coupling system, (authorized by SECOFI according to DGN x 26-1973 standard), which couples automatically and quickly on the service valve, for which uses an instant action check.
This system of direct coupling has the drawback to date, that in case of malfunction of the valve control check or maintenance of the same, it is required to empty the cylinder completely of its content, (LP gas), which causes the valve to be removed or unscrewed, to maintain or repair it.
In order to overcome these drawbacks, the development of the present invention was considered, since it covers in all aspects the fact that a valve installed in a container, container or cylinder for combustible gases or compressed fluids can be repaired, whether liquefied or gaseous, without needing to empty the container, container or cylinder, or without having to remove the valve from it.
Next, a detailed description of the invention will be made, with reference to the accompanying figures, in which:
Figure 1 is a top plan view of a valve made in accordance with the present invention.
Figure 2 is a side view of a valve made in accordance with the present invention, and
Figure 3 is a sectional view of figure 2.
In the 3 figures, the same reference numbers are used to indicate corresponding parts in order to have a better understanding.
Now with reference to the figures, and especially to figure 3, a body 1, (brass 3800) can be seen; a handle 2, (Polyamide or ABS), a stop 3,
(Brass), an O'ring obturator 4, (Nitrile rubber), a bolt type U 5, (Steel), an O'ring connector 2-015, 6, (Nitrile rubber), an O'ring 2-108, 7, (Nitrile rubber), a connector plug 8, (Brass 360), a connector sub-assembly 9, (Miscellaneous), a main seat rod 10, (Brass 360), a main package sub-assembly 1 1, (Nitrile rubber), a main spring 12, (Stainless steel), a rod guide 13, (Acetal or polyamide), a sub-assembly rod 14, (Miscellaneous), a snap ring 15, (Acetal or polyamide), a packing 16, (Nitrile rubber), a plug stem 17, (brass 360), a bolt type U, 18, (brass), a set screw safety valve 19, (brass 360), a spring safety valve 20, (stainless steel), a valve stem safety 21, (Brass 360), a safety valve gasket 22, (Nitrile rubber), a safety valve subassembly, 23, (Miscellaneous).
The procedure for the repair of the valve according to the present invention is as follows: according to figure 3, a movable element (connector plug 8) placed on top of the valve has been placed, which can be removed or put unscrewing by means of a simple key, (Spanish or perica not illustrated), to expose the check system or automatic closure, sub-assembly rod 14, which is a pre-assembled subassembly, by the manufacturer of the brand PRECIMEX, (FORGAMEX, SA de CV), to guarantee the good functioning and hermetic seal of the system; before doing this procedure, a key is manually closed, handle 2, of fast action or% of return avoiding the passage of gas in freedom, this element also allows to repair or maintain the valves (cylinders) in the gas, which the user in case of eventual leakage can close his equipment, in this way, take the cylinder for repair.
Preferred materials in the embodiment of the present invention are those mentioned above without this being a limitation.
Note: The repair or maintenance of these valves, (cylinders), is done in the gas cylinder or filler by qualified personnel.
Claims (2)
1. - Repairable valve, with bypass valve, direct coupling, characterized in that it comprises an automatic check or closure system that consists of a pre-assembled subassembly that is exposed when removing the connector plug.
2. - Repairable valve, with bypass valve, direct coupling, according to the previous clause, characterized in that it has a quick-action stopcock, which prevents the passage of gas in freedom, this element allows to change or repair the damage to the valve or closing the device in case of leakage, without the need to unscrew the valve to empty the container, container or cylinder.
