Abstract

Una unidad de comunicacion por telefono equipada con un transceptor celular esta sujeta a un remolque de camion localizado dentro de una red de comunicaciones. La unidad de comunicacion genera una comunicacion de datos en respuesta a la ocurrencia de un evento reportable. Al generarse una comunicacion de datos, el transceptor celular transmite la comunicacion de datos sobre 1a red a traves de los canales de datos o de voz. La comunicacion de datos es recibida en la oficina de transferencia de telecomunicaciones movil y entonces se dirige a una plataforma, una casa de depuracion, o la plataforma a traves de la casa de depuracion. La comunicacion de datos almacenada en la plataforma 24 o en la casa de depuracion es accesada por el anfitrion. Una comunicacion de datos puede ser enviada sobre un canal de voz de una red sujeto a un protocolo de saludo entre la unidad de comunicacion y la plataforma. Las comunicaciones de datos tambien pueden ser enviadas a traves de un canal de datos de la red mediante el alterar el numero de identificacion movil (MIN) o el numero de serie electronico (SN) del transceptor celular. Ademas los mensajes de datos pueden ser enviados sobre un canal de datos de la red mediante el expedir una peticion de caracteristica con digitos de datos anexados.
