Abstract

La invencion pertenece a un mecanismo para guiar y controlar el huelgo de las resbaladeras de prensas mecanicas de una sola resbaladera o de multiples resbaladeras. Un novedoso ensamblaje de soporte de chavetas con por lo menos una superficie de cojinete substancialmente plana se utiliza adyacente a una porcion de una resbaladera para controlar el huelgo y el movimiento no deseado de la resbaladera mientras que sella el aceite lubricante de la presa del area de la prensa donde los productos son fabricados. Entre las superficie de cojinetes del soporte de chavetas y la resbaladera se crea una region de pelicula de aceite con obturador a presion para ayudar a controlar el huelgo entre las mismas. Una o mas regiones de presion al vacio se crean alrededor de los limites de la region de pelicula de aceite para succionar y capturar el aceite que se escapa de la region de la pelicula de aceite, evitando con ello el contacto del aceite con las partes o productos estampados.
