BACKGROUND PE INVENTION The use of accessories in shower plumbing systems has been well known in the art for some time. Another oral hygiene apparatus is taught in U.S. Pat. No. 4,793,331, issued to Stewart. This device includes an oral syringe permanently attached in fluid communication with a shower nozzle by means of a valve assembly. The valve assembly contains a manually adjustable valve stem that controls a bypass valve. The threaded valve stem can be rotated to a first position to allow water to flow to both parts, the shower nozzle and the nozzle. Alternatively, in cases of low pressure, the valve stem can be further rotated until the flow of water to the shower nozzle is completely diverted to the syringe nozzle. When not in use, these cleaning accessories can inhibit the use of the shower nozzle. Additionally, some of the devices described above divert only a portion of the water flow to the fittings, so that water also continues to flow out of the shower nozzle. When bathroom accessories are cleaned, especially shower compartments, it would be inconvenient for the water to continue to flow out of the shower nozzle because people who have entered the shower can get wet to clean the area. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to a system of cleaning accessories that can be coupled between a water outlet and a shower nozzle. The system includes a bypass valve, flexible conduit, a coupling at a first end of the conduit for joining the conduit in fluid communication with the diverter valve and a nozzle attached to a second end of the flexible conduit. In a first embodiment, the diverting valve is comprised of a valve housing having a water inlet, a first outlet and a second outlet; a fixing housing for coupling with the flexible conduit; and a valve slide. The valve slide moves in an annular cavity located inside the valve housing. The annular cavity allows fluid communication between the water inlet, the first outlet and the second exit. A normal shower nozzle can be attached to the first outlet. In the second outlet, the fixing housing is fixed to the valve housing to secure the valve slide in the annular cavity while allowing fluid communication between the fixing housing and the annular cavity. A spring urges the valve slide in a first position where the valve slide seats adjacent to the fixing housing. In this first position, the valve slide seals the second outlet allowing fluid communication only between the valve inlet and the first outlet so that water flow is directed through the shower nozzle. When the flexible conduit is coupled with the fixing housing, the coupling urges the valve slide towards a second position in the annular cavity. In this second position, the valve slide seals the first outlet, allowing fluid communication only between the valve inlet and the second outlet. In this second position, the fluid flow is diverted from the shower nozzle to the fixation until the flexible conduit disengages. In another embodiment, the flexible conduit is directly coupled to a shower nozzle that is comprised of an external box attached to an internal box to define a flow chamber therebetween. This flow chamber works to direct water flow out of the shower nozzle through shower outlet holes. The inner box also defines an internal cavity in which a valve slide is slidably mounted. Perforations at the proximal end of the interior cavity allow fluid communication between the cavity and the flow chamber. A fixing housing engages with the inner box to restrict the valve slide to axial movement within the internal cavity. The fixation housing is the same as described above for the first embodiment, so that the fixation housing can be used in any mode, resulting in cost savings. A spring urges the valve slide towards a first position in the internal cavity where the valve slide seats against tabs on the fixing housing. In this first position, the valve slide seals the fixing housing, allowing fluid flow only towards the proximal end of the internal cavity, so that the flow of water is directed through the outlet orifices of the shower. However, when the flexible conduit engages the fixing housing, the coupling urges the valve slide to a second position in the internal cavity. In this second position, the valve slide sits inside the inner box and seals the proximal end of the internal cavity so that the fluid flows only through the fixing housing. Because the fixing housing is in fluid communication with the flexible conduit, the water flow is directed through the flexible conduit towards the fixing. The fluid flow will continue to be diverted in this manner from the shower nozzle to the fixation, until the flexible conduit disengages.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED MODALITIES In the detailed description of this invention, like numbers are used to designate similar parts throughout. To simplify the description, several items of the equipment, such as fasteners, accessories, etc., are omitted. However, those skilled in the art will understand that such conventional equipment can be used at will. A deflection valve is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and is generally designated 10. The diverting valve 10 is comprised of a valve housing 20, a fixing housing 30, a valve slide 40 and a spring 50. valve housing 20 is provided with a water inlet 21, a first water outlet 22, a second water outlet 23 and an annular cavity 24 that allows fluid communication between the water inlet 21, the first water outlet 22 and the second water outlet 23. The valve slider 40 is comprised of a first end 41 and a second end 42 and is deltably located in the annular cavity 24 of the valve housing 20. The first end 41 is provided with a plurality of guide extensions 43 for guiding the movement of the valve slide 40 in the annular cavity 24 without inhibiting fluid flow therethrough. The second end 42 is also provided with a plurality of extensions 45. 1. - In a diverter valve for fixing a rinse system in line with the shower nozzle, where the rinse system has a flexible conduit, said diversion valve comprises: a. a valve housing having an annular cavity defined within said valve housing, a fluid inlet, a first fluid outlet, and a second fluid outlet, characterized in that said annular cavity allows fluid communication between the fluid inlet , the first fluid outlet and the second fluid outlet; b. a slidable valve slide fitted in the annular cavity of said valve housing; c. means for restricting the valve slide within said cavity and d. a spring traveling in the annular cavity adjacent said valve slide, e. wherein said valve slide is slidable within the annular cavity to a first position in which said valve slide is seated adjacent said means for restricting the flow of fluid between the fluid inlet and the first fluid outlet, f. wherein said valve slide is slidable within the annular cavity to a second position in which said valve slide is seated in the annular cavity of the valve housing such that fluid flows between the fluid inlets and the second outlet of fluid.
2. The diverting valve according to claim 1, further characterized in that said means for restriction are a fixing housing mounted on the second fluid outlet.
3. The diverting valve according to claim 2, further characterized in that said fixing housing further comprises coupling means for receiving a rinsing system in such a way that when the rinsing system is received by the fixing housing, said Sliding valve is driven to the second position.
4. The diverter valve according to claim 1, further characterized in that said valve slide has at least one axially extending guide extension that guides the valve slide in the annular cavity of said valve housing while it allows fluid to flow between the fluid inlet and the first fluid outlet when said valve slide is in the first position.
5. The diverting valve according to claim 1, further characterized in that said valve slide has at least one axially extending contact extension.
6. A rinsing system for fixing between a fluid inlet tube and a shower nozzle, said rinsing system comprising: a. a flexible conduit having a first end and a second end; b. a first coupling member fixed to the second end of the flexible conduit; c. a valve housing having a defined annular cavity within said valve housing, a fluid inlet, a first fluid outlet and a second fluid outlet, wherein the annular cavity allows fluid communication between the fluid inlet, the first fluid outlet and the second fluid outlet; d. a valve slide slidably mounted in the annular cavity of said valve housing; and. a fixing housing mounted on the second fluid outlet, said fixing housing having a second coupling member for receiving the first coupling member, wherein said fixing housing constrains the valve slide for movement within the annular cavity- of said valve housing; and f. a spring traveling in the annular cavity adjacent to the valve slide, g. Wherein said first and second coupling members can be attached in such a way that the slide valve is urged to a position in which said valve slide is seated in the annular cavity of the valve housing allowing fluid to flow between the inlet of the valve housing. fluid and the second fluid outlet of said valve housing.
7. A rinsing system according to claim 6, further characterized in that it comprises a squeeze nozzle attached to the first end of the flexible conduit.
8.-; shower nozzle for receiving a rinse cistern wherein the rinse system has a flexible conduit, said shower nozzle comprising: a. an outside gueca that has a first end and second end; b. a tubular internal channel mounted inside the outer box such that a flow cavity is defined therebetween, said inner box defined by a first end, a second end and an internal cavity disposed between the first and second ends of the inner box, said second end having a plurality of openings that allow fluid communication between the flow cavity and the internal cavity; c. a valve slide slidably mounted in the internal cavity of said internal box, the valve slide defined by a first end, a second end, in the first hole extending axially from the upper end, a second hole that intersects the first hole and radially outwardly extending, first means for sealing the internal cavity located above the second hole, and second means for sealing the internal cavity located below the second hole; d. means for restraining the valve slide within the cavity and for receiving said flexible conduit; and. fluid inlet means adjacent to the first end of the external channel, said fluid inlet means in fluid communication with the 2? first hole of the valve slide to supply-fluid to the first hole; F. a spring mounted adjacent the second end of the valve slide; g. wherein said valve slide is delierable within the internal cavity to a first position in which the first sealing means are seated within the internal cavity such that the fluid flow is directed from the fluid inlet means to through the openings in the second end of said internal box and into the flow cavity; h. wherein said valve slide is slidable within the internal cavity to a second position in which the second sealing means is seated within the internal cavity such that fluid flow is directed from the fluid inlet means to through the means for restriction.
9. The shower nozzle according to claim 8, further characterized in that said means for restriction are in a fixing housing engaged with the first end of the internal box in such a way that said slide is restricted within the internal cavity of the internal box, said fixing housing having an axial hole between it.
10. The shower nozzle according to claim 8, further characterized in that said inner box further comprises a circumferential flange extending outwardly from the first end of the inner box, the circumferential flange having openings therethrough, wherein said flange is fixed to the second end of the outer box.
11. The shower nozzle according to claim 8, further characterized in that said fixing housing comprises means for receiving a rinsing system in such a way that when the rinsing system is received by the fixing housing, said slide valve is pushed to the second position.
12. The shower nozzle according to claim 8, further characterized in that said valve slide has at least one axially extending extension guiding the valve slide in the annular cavity of said valve housing while allowing the fluid flows from the water inlet through the. axial hole of the fixing housing when said valve slide is in the second position.
13. The shower nozzle according to claim 8, further characterized in that said first means for sealing are composed of an outer circumferential flange having a circumferential groove disposed on the surface of the flange and a ring in or mounted in the groove .
14. The shower nozzle according to claim 8, further characterized in that said second means for sealing are composed of an outer circumferential flange having a circumferential groove disposed on the surface of the flange and a ring in or mounted in the groove. .
15.- A diverting valve for interposition between a source of fluid and a shower nozzle, said valve allowing the fixing of a hand-held rinsing unit, where the fixing of the rinsing unit automatically stops the fluid so that do not flow to the shower nozzle and divert the fluid to the rinse unit, said valve comprising: a. a housing defining an internal chamber having a fluid inlet, a first fluid outlet and a second fluid outlet; b. a valve slide movable between a first position and a second position inside the chamber, said valve slide having: i. a seal in sealing engagement with the wall of said chamber; and n. a guide fixed to said seal that slidably engages the chamber to help maintain the engagement of the seal in relation to the chamber; a spring in said chamber which deflects the valve corrode towards the first position; c. an adapter for fixing a flexible hose to the second outlet and for moving said valve slide to the second position; wherein, when the adapter is not fixed to the second outlet, the valve slide is in the first position and said seal prevents the fluid from flowing from the inlet to the second outlet and allows the fluid to flow from the inlet to the first outlet. departure; and wherein, when said adapter is fixed to the second outlet, the valve slide is in the second position and the seal prevents the fluid from flowing from the entrance to the first outlet and allows the fluid to flow from the entrance to the second. departure.
16.- The valve in accordance with the rei indication 15 further characterized in that said chamber is generally cylindrical and said inlet is disposed between the first outlet and the second exit in relation to the longitudinal axis of said chamber, and in addition because said guide engages slidable between the longitudinal wall of said chamber.
17.- The valve in accordance with the claim 16, further characterized in that, when said adapter is not fixed to the second outlet, the valve slide is in the first position and said seal is axially located within the chamber between the inlet and the second outlet, thus preventing the fluid from flowing from the entrance to the second exit and allowing the fluid to flow from the entrance to the first exit; and because when said adapter is fixed to the second outlet, the valve slide is in the second position and the seal is axially located within the chamber between the inlet and the first outlet, thus preventing fluid from flowing from the inlet to the outlet. First exit and allowing the fluid to flow from the entrance to the second exit.
18.- The valve in accordance with the claim 17, further characterized in that said guide comprises a first plurality of extensions extending perpendicularly from the seal and parallel to the longitudinal axis of said chamber, said first plurality of extensions slidingly engaging the longitudinal wall of the chamber to help maintain the orientation of the seal in relation to the camera.
19.- The valve in accordance with the claim 18, further characterized in that the guide further comprises a second plurality of extensions and extend perpendicularly from said seal and parallel to the longitudinal axis of the chamber, said second probability of slidable engaging extensions between a circular hole connecting the second outlet with the chamber to help maintain the orientation of the seal in relation to the camera.
20.- The valve in accordance with the claim 19, further characterized in that the seal is a circular-plane member having a first face and a second face and in that said first plurality of extensions is fixed to the first face and the second plurality of extensions is fixed to the second face and because said member it is generally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of said chamber and concentric with the circular cross section of said chamber, and a ring at 0 is fixed to the periphery of said seal in sealing engagement with the wall of the chamber.
21.- The valve in accordance with the claim 20, further characterized in that said plurality of extensions also engage one end of the chamber when the valve slide is in the second position, said first extension plurality being thus limiting the movement of the valve slide to the second position.
22. The valve according to claim 21, further characterized in that the second plurality of extensions is disposed between the seal and the adapter, said adapter connecting the second plurality of extensions as the adapter is fixed to the second outlet, the movement of said second plurality of extensions thus moving the seal towards the second position as the adapter is fixed to the second outlet.
23.- A diverting valve for interposition between a source of fluid and a shower nozzle, said valve allowing the fixation of a hand held rinsing unit, where the valve can stop the fluid from flowing to the nozzle of shower and divert the fluid to the rinsing unit, said valve comprising: a. a housing defining an internal chamber having a fluid inlet, a first fluid outlet and a second fluid outlet; b. a movable sealing member within the chamber between a first position and a second position, wherein said sealing member defines a first variable sub-chamber within the chamber and a second variable sub-chamber within a chamber, wherein the sealing member prevents that the fluid flows between the first and second sub-chamber; and c. means for changing the sealing member between the first and second positions; wherein, when said sealing member is in the first position, the inlet and the first outlet are in fluid communication with the first sub-chamber and the second outlet is in fluid communication with the second sub-chamber, thus allowing the fluid to flow from said entrance to the first exit through the first sub-chamber and preventing the fluid from flowing to the second exit from said entrance; and wherein further, when the sealing member is in the second position, the inlet and the second outlet are in fluid communication with the second sub-chamber and the first outlet is in fluid communication with the first sub-chamber, thus allowing the fluid flow from the entrance to the second exit through the second sub-chamber and preventing the fluid from flowing to the first exit from the entrance.
24.- The valve in accordance with the claim 23, further characterized in that said chamber is generally cylindrical and said inlet is disposed between the first outlet and the second outlet in relation to the longitudinal axis of the chamber, and in that the sealing member slidably engages the longitudinal wall of the chamber.
25.- The valve in accordance with the claim 24, further characterized because said means of change comprise: a. a spring in said chamber that biases the sealing member towards the first position; b. a first plurality of extensions extending from the sealing member and parallel to the longitudinal axis of said chamber, said first plurality of slidably engaging extensions a circular hole connecting the second outlet with the chamber to help maintain the orientation of the member sealing in relation to the camera; c. a connector including a flexible hose, said connector engaging the first plurality of extensions and moving the sealing member to the second position when the connector is fixed to the second outlet.
26.- The valve in accordance with the claim 25, further characterized in that the shifting means further comprises a second plurality of extensions extending from the sealing member and parallel to the longitudinal axis of said chamber, said second plurality of extensions slidably engaging the longitudinal wall of the chamber to help maintain the orientation of the sealing member in relation to the chamber and limiting the movement of the sealing member to the second position.
27. The valve according to claim 26, further characterized in that said sealing member comprises: a. a flat circular seal generally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of said chamber and concentric with the circular cross section of said chamber; b. a ring in or attached to the periphery of the seal in sealing engagement with the wall of the chamber; c. The first plurality of extensions; and d. the second plurality of extensions.
28. - The valve according to claim 24, further characterized in that said sealing member comprises: a. a flat circular seal having a first face and a second face, said seal being generally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the chamber and concentric with the circular cross section of the chamber, and a ring in or attached to the periphery of the seal in engagement sealing with the wall of the bed; and b. a first plurality of extensions extending perpendicularly from the first face and parallel to the longitudinal axis of said chamber, the first plurality of extensions slidably engaging the longitudinal wall of the chamber to help maintain the orientation of the seal in relation to the chamber; and c. a second plurality of extensions extending perpendicularly from the second face and parallel to the longitudinal ee of the chamber, said second plurality of extensions slidably engaging a circular hole connecting the second outlet to the chamber to help maintain the orientation of the chamber. stamp in relation to the camera.
29.- A diverting valve for interposition between a fluid source and a shower nozzle, the first valve allowing the fixing of a manually held rinsing unit, where the fixing of the rinsing unit automatically stops the fluid for that does not flow to the shower nozzle and divert the fluid to the rinsing unit, said valve comprising: a. a housing defining a generally cylindrical internal chamber having a fluid inlet, a first fluid outlet and a second fluid outlet, wherein said inlet is disposed between the first outlet and the second outlet in relation to the longitudinal axis of the camera; b. a valve slide movable between a first position and a second position within the chamber, said valve slide having: i. a flat circular seal, having a first face and a second face, said seal being generally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the chamber and concentric with the circular cross section of said chamber, and a ring attached to the periphery of the seal in sealing engagement with the wall of the camera; ii. a first plurality of extensions extending perpendicularly from the first face and parallel to the longitudinal axis of the chamber, said first plurality of extensions slidably engaging the longitudinal wall of the chamber to help maintain the orientation of the seal in relation to the camera; iii a second plurality of extensions extending perpendicularly from the second face and parallel to the longitudinal axis of said chamber, said second plurality of extensions slidably engaging a circular hole connecting the second outlet with the chamber to help maintain the orientation of the seal in relation to the camera; c. a spring in said chamber that deflects the valve slide towards the first position; d. a connector fixed to the flexible hose for carrying liquid from the second outlet, said connector including an adapter for fixing the connector to the second outlet and for moving the valve slide to the second position; wherein, when said connector is not fixed to the second outlet, the valve slide is in the first position and the seal is located axially inside the chamber between the inlet and the second outlet, thus preventing fluid from flowing from the inlet to the second exit and allowing the fluid to flow from the entrance to the first exit; and wherein, when said connector is fixed to the second outlet, the valve runner is in the second position and the seal is axially located inside the chamber between the inlet and the first outlet, thus preventing the fluid from flowing the entrance to the first exit and allowing the fluid to flow from the entrance to the second exit.
30. The valve according to claim 29, further characterized in that said first plurality of extensions also engages one end of the chamber when the valve slide is in the second position, said first plurality of extensions, thus limiting the movement of the valve. valve slide to the second position. 31.- The valve according to claim 30, further characterized in that the second plurality of extensions is disposed between the seal and the first adapter, the adapter connecting the second plurality of extensions as the adapter is fixed to the second outlet, the movement of the second plurality of extensions thus moving the seal towards the second position as the adapter is fixed to the second outlet.
