Abstract
Un medidor de flujo de Coriolis que tiene un rotor montado posicionado en un alojamiento y que tiene eje central de rotacion. El rotor montado tiene una pluralidad de canales de flujo, cada uno de los cuales se extiende de la periferia externa de dicho rotor montado a un espacio central de dicho rotor montado. Una entrada extiende el material a través de los canales de flujo hasta una salida del medidor de flujo. El rotor montado gira sobre el eje central de rotacion conforme el material pasa a través de los canales de flujo. Las fuerzas de Coriolis generadas por el material que fluye y la rotacion concurrente del rotor montado causan que un elemento de curvatura comprendido en una parte del rotor montado asuma una equivalencia arqueada. Los extensometros o bobinas e imanes sensores generan señales de salida indicativas de flujo másico del material que fluye. Un motor conectado al rotor montado puede girar al rotor montado a una velocidad aumentada para operar el medidor de flujo como una bomba que genera señales de salida indicativas del caudal de la bomba.
