Abstract

Hasta ahora era la fabricacion de recubrimiento cerámicos en substratos capaces de hornearse por un proceso electrostático usando polvos de recubrimiento, un proceso complicado, la calidad del recubrimiento no era satisfactoria. La invencion elimina este problema: el polvo de recubrimiento de acuerdo con la invencion consiste de un material capaz de hornearse en forma de polvo con un valor d90 menor de 35 micras, un valor d50 de 5 a 25 micras, y un calor d10 igual o mayor de 2 micras, y un adherente orgánico en forma de polvo activable química o físicamente. El recubrimiento abarca la aplicacion electrostática de polvo de recubrimiento, la activacion física o química del adherente y el horneado del substrato recubierto. Se obtienen recubrimientos libres de fallas.
