Abstract

Se proporciona una composicion para hacer una tableta medicinal masticable. que comprende en proporciones de la composicion en total, misma que además comprenderá el componente medicinalmente activo, como primer componente esencial el triglicérido cáprico en una cantidad de 30 a 95% en peso, aproximadamente, y como segundo componente esencial, el ingrediente medicinalmente activo en una cantidad hasta de 60% en peso. Cuando el ingrediente medicinalmente activo es menos de un 30% en peso, la composicion comprende adicionalmente como tercer componente esencial, un miembro del grupo compuesto por monoestearato de glicerilo, una mezcla de monoestearato de glicerilo y monopalmitato de glicerilo así como una mezcla que consta al menos un 40 a 50% en peso de monestearato de glicerilo y diestearato de glicerilo en una cantidad hasta de 10% en peso. Igualmente se dan a conocer métodos para elaborar estas composiciones.
