Abstract
Se describen compuestos de la formula (I), en donde B es 0 o CH2; X se selecciona de NR1R2, SR1, y alquilo C1-C7; Y se selecciona de SR1NR1R2, y alquilo C1-C7; R1 y R2 son cada uno seleccionados independientemente de H, o alquilo C1-C7 opcionalmente sustituido sobre o dentro de la cadena del alquilo por uno más de O, S, N o halogeno, R3 y R4 son ambos h, a R3 y R4 juntos forman un enlace; A es COOH, C(O)NH(CH2)pCOOH, C(O)N[(CH2)qCOOH]2; C(O)NHCH(COOH)(CH2)rCOOH,o 5-tetrazolilo, en donde p, q y r son cada uno e independientemente 1, 2 o 3; así como las sales farmacéuticamente aceptables y promedicamentos de los mismos, composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden los compuestos novedosos y el uso de los compuestos en terapia. También dentro del alcance de la invencion están intermediarios novedosos para los compuestos novedosos. Los compuestos novedosos son en particular utiles en la prevencion de agregacion de plaquetas.
