Abstract
La invencion proporciona novedosos 2,2-di(alquilo de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono)-o trans-2,2-di(alquilo de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono)-3,4-dihidro-3-hidroxi- -4-carboxamido-6-(N-arilsulfonamido)-2H-1-benzopir anos; y N-oxidos, ésteres, y sales de los mismos; procesos para su produccion y sus usos como productos farmacéuticos, por ejemplo, como abridores del canal de K+, broncodilatadores, y agentes para la supresion de la hiperreactividad de las vías aéreas, por ejemplo, para utilizarse en el tratamiento de asma.
