Abstract
La presente invencion provee inhibidores de topoisomerasa I anti-neoplásticos de la formula (I), en donde Ar es arilo (C2-C12) o heteroarilo (de 5 a 12 miembros) que comprende 1-3 de N, S u O sin peroxido, en donde N está no substituido o substituido con alquilo (C1-C4); X es H, CN, CHO, OH, acetilo, CF3, O-alquilo (C1-C4), NO2, NH2, halogeno o halogeno-alquilo (C1-C4); cada Y es individualmente H. alquilo o aralquilo (C1-C4); Y' es H o alquilo (C1-C4); n es 0 o 1; y cada Z es individualmente H, alquilo (C1-C4), halogeno o halogeno alquilo (C1-C4); o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo.
