Abstract
La presente invencion provee secuencias de nucleotidos y aminoácidos que identifican y codifican Serpina Derivada de Páncreas (SDP) novedosa expresada en páncreas humano. La presente invencion también provee moléculas de contrasentido a las secuencias de nucleotidos que codifican SDP, vectores de expresion para la produccion de SDP purificadas, anticuerpos capaces de unirse específicamente a SDP, sondas de hibridizacion u oligonucleotidos para la deteccion de secuencias de nucleotidos que codifican SDP, células huésped tratada genéticamente para la expresion de sdp, pruebas de diagnostico basadas en moléculas de ácido nucleico que codifican SDP y una composicion farmacéutica que contiene SDP capaces de unirse específicamente a una proteasa de serina.
