Abstract
Compuestos de la estructura (I), y para usarse en terapia: en donde R1 es un grupo acilo derivado de un ácido graso de C16-30 con dos o más dobles enlaces cis o trans y particularmente un EFA de la serie n-6 o n-3 o ácido linolénico conjugado, o ácido columbínico, o ácido parinárico y R2 es como R1 el mismo o diferente, o cualquier otro nutriente, fármaco u otro residuo bioactivo liberado como el compuesto activo en el cuerpo y R3 es ya sea hidrogeno, completamente hidrocarburo o conteniendo átomos heterogéneos, preferiblemente un grupo alquilo particularmente un grupo alquilo de C1-C4.
