Abstract

La presente invencion pertenece a una toalla sanitaria compuesta. La toalla sanitaria compuesta comprende un miembro primario absorbente que incluye un nucleo absorbente y una cubierta externa. El miembro primario absorbente tiene una base y un ápice; estando el ápice verticalmente opuesto a la base. El ancho de la base es mayor que el ancho del ápice. La toalla sanitaria compuesta comprende además un miembro secundario absorbente que está unido con el miembro primario absorbente, yuxtapuesto a la base. El miembro secundario absorbente preferiblemente comprende una hoja posterior impermeable al líquido y un material absorbente unido a ésta. Opcionalmente, el miembro secundario absorbente incluye una hoja posterior, una hoja superior unida a la hoja posterior, y un nucleo absorbente dispuesto entre la hoja posterior y la hoja superior.
