Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para la obtencion de alquil-ter.butiléteres y di-n-buteno en una produccion acoplada a partir de butanos de campo, en donde (a) se deshidrogenan conjuntamente el n-butano e iso-butano contenidos en los butanos de campo 1, en una etapa de deshidrogenacion 2, obteniendo una mezcla de deshidrogenacion 3 que contiene n-buteno o iso-buteno, (b) se lleva la mezcla de deshidrogenacion 3 a la etapa de eterificacion 4 y ahí, de manera selectiva, se transforma el iso-buteno con un alcanol 5 en un alquil-ter.butil-éter 6, y (c) el resto de la mezcla de deshidrogenacion 7 se lleva a la etapa de oligomerizacion 8 y ahí se oligomeriza catalíticamente el n-buteno. En una modalidad preferida, a los butanos de campo 1, antes de entrar en la etapa de deshidrogenacion 2, en la etapa de hidrogenacion 9 se les somete a condiciones de hidrogenacion, se llevan a una etapa de separacion 10, la cual está subordinada a una etapa de isomerizacion 11, mediante la cual se puede ajustar la proporciona n-/iso segun la proporcion de cantidades deseada de di-n-buteno a metil-ter.butiléter, y que lleva así butano de campo 1a modificado en su proporcion n-/iso- a la etapa de deshidrogenacion 2.
