Abstract
Procedimiento de secado mediante pulverizacion en el cual se prepara una composicion que comprende microorganismos benéficos para la salud humana, y se reduce en polvo mediante pulverizacion en un dispositivo de secado mediante pulverizacion que tiene una temperatura de entrada de aire caliente de 200 degree C-400 degree C y una temperatura de salida de aire de 40 degree C-90 degree C; el tiempo de permanencia de la composicion en el dispositivo se ajusta de manera a obtener cuando menos 1% de sobrevida de los microorganismos después del secado.
