Abstract

Un procedimiento para la fabricacion de hilos de filamentos para aplicaciones técnicas hilando un polímero sobre el 90% de las cadenas que están compuestas de unidades de tereftalato de etileno, por medio de un procedimiento de hilatura de un solo paso, con los filamentos más secados que tienen una cristalinidad menor de 16% y el hilo siendo devanado a una velocidad mayor de 6000 m/min; el hilo obtenido de esta manera es adecuado en particular para usarse como material reforzador en artículos de hule, notablemente como material reforzador en llantas neumáticas para automoviles; el hilo de filamento de poliéster puede usarse para hacer cuerdas de estabilidad dimensional alta no comun y una combinacionunica de tenacidad a la ruptura, encogimiento y dureza a la ruptura.
