Abstract

Se describen las nuevas formas de cristal de la fluoroquinolona, del ácido [S-(R*, S*)]-1-ciclopropil-6-fluoro-1,4-dihidro-8-metoxi-7 -[3-[1-(metilamino)etil]-1-pirrolidinil]1-4-oxo-3- quinolonacarboxilica. Las formas son caracterizadas por medio de una forma de solvato de metanol, y tres formas de anhídridos polimorfos, de las cuales, la Forma III exhibe la más importante estabilidad y disminucion de la higroscopicidad.
