Abstract
El invento concierte a la utilizacion de antagonistas bradiquinina para la preparacion de medicamentos destinados al tratamiento de enfermedades hepáticas fibrogenéticas cronicas (cirrosis hepática y fibrosis hepática) y enfermedades hepáticas aguas y para la prevencion de complicaciones, especialmente para la profilaxis o el tratamiento de la hipertonía portal, fenomenos de descompensacion tales como ascitis, formacion de edema, síndrome hepatorrenal, gastropatía y colopatía hipertensivas, esplenomegalia así como complicaciones por hemorragias en el tracto gastrointestinal de hipertonía portal, circulacion colateral e hiperemia, y una cardiopatía como consecuencia de una situacion circulatoria hiperdinámica cronica y sus secuelas.
