Abstract
Se revela una composicion liberadora, curable por radiacion, que comprende: (Ver Formula) (A) un organopolisiloxano representado por la formula (I): RSi(CH3)2-O-(Si(CH3)20)n(Si(CH3)(R)O)mSi(CH3)2R, en donde en la formula (I) R es -R1-O(O)C-C(R2)=CH2, -R1-O-C(R2)=CH2 o (a); R1 es un grupo hidrocarbileno; cada R2 es, independientemente, un hidrogeno o un grupo etilo o metilo; m es un numero de aproximadamente 1 a aproximadamente 15; y n es un numero de aproximadamente 50 a aproximadamente 300<, y (B) un copolímero organosiloxano representado por la formula (II); (R3SiO)x(SiO4/2)y, en donde en la formula (II), cada R es, de manera independiente, un grupo de hidrocarbono o un grupo representado por la formula: -0(O)C-C(R1)=CH2, en donde R1 es hidrogeno o un grupo etilo o metilo; x es un numero de aproximadamente 0.25; y es un numero de aproximadamente 1 a aproximadamente 56; y la proporcion de x a y es de aproximadamente 0.3:1 a aproximadamente 1.5. En una modalidad, la composicion liberadora inventiva además comprende (C) un acrilato representado por la formula (III): CH2=C(R1)-C(O)O-R2, en donde en la formula (III), R1 es hidrogeno o un grupo metilo o etilo y R2 es un grupo de hidrocarbono de aproximadamente 10 a aproximadamente 24 átomos de carbono. También se revelan un método para producir substratos liberadores cubiertos, los artículos liberadores cubiertos así producidos y artículos de multiples capas o construcciones que incorporen una capa liberadora. Cuando las composiciones liberadoras se curan, por ejemplo por radiacion, exhiben una gran fuerza controlada de liberacion a velocidades altas, como las velocidades utilizadas en el procesamiento de etiquetas.
