Abstract
This inventions describes diaryldicarboxylic acid diguanidides of formula I (See Formula), wherein R(1) through R(10) have meanings indicated in claims, which are suitable as anti-arrhythmic medicaments with a cardioprotective component for infarct prophylaxis and infarct treatment, as well as for angina pectoris treatment. These also preventively inhibit patophysiological processes when ischemically induced injuries result, specially in ischemically induced cardiac arrhythmias challenge.
