Abstract

Una salida eléctrica de proteccion de falla a tierra con indicacion de falla de instalacion incluye, además de una unidad de salida principal que incluye un alojamiento, un par primario y uno secundario de primero y segundo conectores eléctricos dispuestos accesiblemente en el alojamiento, dos interruptores principales respectivamente interpuestos entre los conectores primero y segundo de los pares primario y secundario y simultáneamente conmutables entre sus posiciones abierta y cerrada, y cuando menos dos contactos eléctricos colocados en el mismo lado de los interruptores que los conectores secundarios, un circuito indicador integrado a la unidad de salida principal y operativo para indicar una situacion de falla de instalacion en la que los alambres de un par de alambres que suministra corriente eléctrica a la unidad de salida se conectan equivocadamente a los conectores del par secundario. El circuito indicador incluye un resistor limitador de corriente, un dispositivo indicador operativo para emitir una alarma discernible de la situacion de falla de instalacion, y un interruptor auxiliar conmutable entre sus estados abierto y cerrado, todos interpuestos en serie en una trayectoria eléctrica permanentemente unida con los conectores secundarios. El interruptor auxiliar está agrupado con los interruptores principales de tal manera que está abierto cuando estos están cerrados de manera que no puede fluir corriente a través del dispositivo indicador, aun cuando exista la falla de instalacion, y cerrado cuando los interruptores principales están abiertos de manera que pueda fluir corriente eléctrica a través del interruptor auxiliar cerrado y también a través del dispositivo de indicacion para activar el ultimo, pero solamente en el caso de la falla de instalacion.
