Abstract

Unidad de panel para la ventana en vehículos de motor y similares, con las siguientes características: es un panel de vidrio (11) de silicato o de vidrio acrílico, hay un marco con un perfil de marco (12) determinado que está formado como parte moldeada a presion y el cual rodea al borde (3) del panel (11) por tres lados caracterizado porque, el marco (12) está hecho de dos partes perfiladas, una parte perfilada primaria (14) y una parte perfilada secundaria (15), la parte perfilada primaria (14) presenta tres secciones de perfil (17, 18, 19) de las cuales una seccion (16) de perfil es vecina al borde (13) del panel (11), y de las cuales la segunda y tercera seccion perfilada (17, 18) se conecta a cada lado de la primera seccion (16) de perfil y cada vez quedan vecinas a aquella zona superficial del panel (11), en donde limita el borde (13) del panel, la parte perfilada primaria (14) está hecha de un material, el cual no se une con el material del panel (11) y que tiene una resistencia tan grande de forma que entre el marco (12) y el panel (11) queda garantizado una sujecion por la forma, la parte perfilada secundaria (15) está dispuesta en una zona de perfil de marco que sirve para la colocacion del panel en una parte constructiva, y está hecho de un material que tiene una resistencia de forma menor que el material del cual está hecha la parte perfilada primaria.
