Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para descomponer una mezcla que comprende hidroperoxido de cicloalquilo en presencia de un hidroxido de metal alcalino disuelto en una fase acuosa en la cual, además del hidroxido de metal alcalino, también está presente por lo menos 10% en peso de la fase acuosa de una o más sales de metal alcalino; las sales de metal alcalino son preferiblemente carbonatos de metal alcalino o sales de metal alcalino de ácidos mono- o policarboxílicos, con el ácido carboxílico conteniendo de 1 a 24 átomos de carbono.
