Abstract

La invencion se refiere a una nueva proteasa altamente alcalina, su uso en los campos industriales o domésticos y también a composiciones para usos que contienen esa proteasa. La proteasa de la invencion es un mutante triple selecto derivado de ciertas proteasas precursoras del grupo de Subtilisina, especialmente del tipo "Substilisina 309".
