Abstract

Un método para producir una espuma de materiales plásticos extruidos, de resistencia física mejorada, que comprende: (a) mezclar íntimamente un agente de soplado que contiene CO2, en el cual la proporcion principal es un gas natural, en una fusion de resina de materiales plásticos para formar una mezcla homogénea de resina; y (b) extruir la mezcla de resina a través de un troquel de salida dentro de una region de presion inferior, en donde la temperatura de la mezcla de resina se ajusta de tal manera que sea inferior a la temperatura crítica en el punto de extrusion fuera del troquel de salida.
