Abstract

Se describen composiciones fluoroelastoméricas curables con peroxido que consisten de un fluoroelastomero que contiene bromo, un peroxido orgánico y un hidruro metalo-orgánico que tiene la formula: (Ver Formula) en donde M se selecciona de Sn, Si, Ge, Pb; x es un entero de 1 a 3; y, z son cero o enteros de 1 a 3, siempre que y + z - 4 - x; w es un entero de 1 a 3; los grupos R, iguales o diferentes unos de otros, se seleccionan de: grupos alquilo de C1-C4, arilo de C6-C12, arilalquilo y alquilarilo de C7-C14, que contienen opcionalmente grupos nitrilo y/o hidroxilo; la adicion de hidruro permite incrementar la velocidad de curacion, obteniendo al mismo tiempo un alto grado de entrelazamiento.
