Abstract
Se describen benzoilguanidinas de la formula I (Ver Formula) en que R(1) es igual a R(4)-SOm-, R(5)R(6)N-SO2-; -Op-(CH2)q-(CF2)r-CF3; -SR(10), -OR(10) O CR(10=R(11)R(12); R(2) es igual a -(CH2)u-(CF2)r-CF3; R(3) es igual a hidrogeno o está definido independientemente como R(12); así como sus sales farmacéuticamente compatibles. Se obtienen mediante reaccion con guanidina de un compuesto de la formula ii (Ver Formula). Son unos compuestos sobresalientemente activos sobre el sistema cardiocirculatorio.
