Abstract

The invention provides a single block pressable button unit (30) of the flush-mounted type or attached to the wall, particularly for external stations of intercommunication and video intercommunication systems, the single block pressable button unit (30) comprising a convex frontal plate (10), a cabinet (25) being disposed therein in order to house electric and electronic component modules. To reinforce the structure (28) of said pressable button unit (30) against vandalism, two metal clamps (22, 22A) are provided, which are placed inside the cabinet (25), and constituting together with two frontal fillets (11, 11A) an impact resistant rigid assembly when these are utilized, also preserving the appearance of the pressable button unit (10), ribs (26, 26A) are provided at the ends (17, 17A) of the structure (28) to complementary reinforce both the frontal lock (27) and frontal plate (10).
