Abstract
Una deposicion efectuada con ayuda de plasma, y mediante la cual se obtiene un muy delgado recubrimiento superficial en el interior de un envase plástico o metálico, utilizando sustancias inorgánicas inertes e insolubles tales como sílice, u oxidos metálicos insolubles o utilizando mezclas de sustancias por ejemplo de metales, oxidos metálicos, sales metálicas y carbono y/o radicales orgánicos, para formar una red o estructura flexible, o utilizando diferentes capas de estas estructuras. El método incluye colocar el envase en un recinto al vacío, colocar un vaporizador que contiene material inorgánico inerte de una constitucion predeterminada en el interior del envase, generar un vapor de dicho material formando un plasma del vapor, y depositar un recubrimiento relativamente delgado del material sobre un área predeterminada de una superficie interior del envase, con lo cual la alta temperatura de las partículas del recubrimiento provoca que éstas penetren la superficie debido a su energía calorica, en tanto que no provocan un aumento global en la temperatura de la superficie debido al bajo flujo en masa.
