Abstract

Un polvo de madera sintética en la cual un material de resina termoplástica de 25 a 80 % por peso se mezcla con un material triturado de celulosa de 20 a 75 % por peso que cae en un contenido de humedad de 15 % por peso y el diámetro de partícula promedio de malla 20 o menos, el material mezclado se amasa para que forme un gel y el material mezclado amasado se enfría y pulveriza y se regula a un tamaño que cae en un diámetro de partícula de 10 mm o menos. Después, el polvo de madera sintética como el material triturado de celulosa se mezcla a una proporcion de 20 a 75 % por peso con respecto al material de resina, el material mezclado se amasa por calentamiento y se comprime por un tornillo o tornillos de una matriz 78 de extrusion en un extrusor. Cuando el material 79 de extrusion pasa a través de la superficie de la pared interior de la matriz 78 de extrusion, la cual se forra con una hoja 24 de fluoro-resina, el material triturado de celulosa incluido en el material de extrusion se extruye uniformemente sin que sea sometido a una fuerza de resistencia mayor, de tal manera que un artículo 29 moldeado es moldeado para un producto que tiene una densidad uniforme y elevada y un espesor predeterminado, mientras se aplica fuerza de resistencia contra la fuerza de compresion dada por el extrusor al artículo 29 moldeado utilizando un elemento de frenado, moldeando así una tabla de madera sintética que tiene una densidad mayor y más uniforme.
