Abstract
Una composición, su preparación y su uso como un agente de influencia reológica para medios de revestimiento, que contiene una mezcla que es obtenible mediante la preparación de: A) Uno o más copolímeros (met) acrílicos que contienen grupos hidroxilo y/o uno más poliésteres que contienen grupos hidroxilo, con un número hidroxilo de 30 a 200 mg. de KOH/g, y un contenido de grupo carboxilo que corresponde a un número ácido de 0 a 50 mg. de KOH/ g, y B) Una microdispersión hidroxifuncional, obtenible preparando una solución de uno o más poliésteres formadores de película que contienen grupos hidroxilo y/o copolímeros (met)acrílicos, que contienen grupos hidroxilo y/o carboxilo; en donde hasta la mitad de las moléculas de poliéster y/o de copolímero (met)acrílico, se pueden esterificar cada una con una molécula de ácido maleico o anhídrido maleico, y la polimerización de uno más monómeros radicalmente polimerizables, con base en uno o más (met)acrilatos de hidroxialquilo, que pueden estar presentes en la mezcla, con uno o más de otros monómeros insaturados en esta preparación; y la reacción de la mezcla de A) y B), con: C) Uno o más diisocianatos; y D) Una más monoaminas primarias, alifáticas, que pueden estar presentes en la mezcla con parte del componente A) o de la fracción soluble del componente B); en donde la cantidad de copolímeros (met)acrílicos y/o poliésteres contenidos en los componentes (A); (B) y (D) es de 57 a 90 en peso; la cantidad de micropartículas contenidas en (B) es de 5 a 30 en peso; la cantidad de diisocianatos (C) es de 3 a 8 en peso; y la cantidad de monoaminas (D) es de 2 a 5 en peso; en donde los porcentajes en peso, en cada caso, se basan en el contenido de sólidos y se suman hasta 100 en peso, y la composición puede contener además pigmentos, extendedores, los aditivos y/o solventes usuales para lacas.
