Abstract

Se describe un cierre (o tapa) de plástico para bebidas que comprende una pared de base, un ribete o costado periférico y una pluralidad de roscas sobre la superficie interna del ribete o costado, para coplamiento con las roscas de un recipiente el cual se puede fabricar de vidrio o plástico. Un forro interno moldeado mediante compresión se provee sobre la porción engrosada, canal y superficie cóncava del cierre, y define una superficie extrema del extremo (o remate) de un recipiente y una superficie arqueada para ponerse en contacto con la superficie arqueada de un recipiente. En otras formas, el cierre se puede usar como un cierre para productos que no son bebidas.
