Abstract

Se describe un primer aparato (100) para procesar una muestra líquida. El aparato (100) incluye un elemento receptor de la muestra (120), un componente receptor del filtrado (150), y un elemento de captura del analito (170). El aparato (100) forma una trayectoria de flujo de líquido a través de la cual pasa la muestra, con lo cual provoca que el elemento de captura del analito (170) capture un analito, si está presente. Se describe un método mediante el cual se hace pasar una muestra líquida a través del primer aparato (100) y el elemento de captura del analito (170) es fácilmente separado del aparato para el procesamiento posterior y la detección del analito. Se describe también un segundo aparato (200) estructuralmente relacionado para procesar una pluralidad de muestras líquidas, y un método de uso correspondiente.
