Abstract
Se proporciona un método de decodificación implementado por un decodificador de video. El método incluye recibir un flujo de bits que incluye un conjunto de parámetros de secuencia (sequence parameter set, SPS) que contiene una primera marca y una marca de la longitud de un valor de bits más significativos (most significant bits, MSB) de recuento de orden de imagen (picture order count, POC) cuando está presente en un encabezado que se refiere al SPS, en donde un valor de la primera marca especifica que una segunda marca está presente en el encabezado que se refiere al SPS, y en donde un valor de la segunda marca especifica que el valor de MSB de POC está presente en el encabezado; determinar un valor de POC con base en el valor de MSB de POC; identificar una imagen del flujo de bits con base en el valor POC y decodificar la imagen para obtener una imagen decodificada.
