Abstract

Se proporciona un método de decodificación de una señal de video, aparato, y un medio de almacenamiento legible por computadora no transitorio; el método incluye obtener un bloque de video de la señal de video, obtener bloques vecinos espaciales con base en el bloque de video, obtener hasta un pronosticador de vector de movimiento (MVP) no escalado izquierdo con base en los múltiples bloques vecinos espaciales izquierdos, obtener hasta un MVP no escalado superior con base en los múltiples bloques vecinos espaciales superiores, derivar, en el decodificador y al reducir posibilidad de seleccionar MVP escalados derivados de los bloques vecinos espaciales, una lista candidatos de MVP con base en el bloque de video, los múltiples bloques vecinos espaciales izquierdos, los múltiples bloques vecinos espaciales superiores, recibir un mejor MVP con base en la lista candidatos de MVP, y obtener una señal de predicción del bloque de video con base en el mejor MVP.
