Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para procesar una señal de video y un aparato del mismo. Específicamente, un método para procesar una señal de video basada en inter predicción incluye construir una primera lista de candidato de fusión de un bloque actual usando un candidato de fusión espacial y candidato de fusión temporal del bloque actual, construir una segunda lista de candidato de fusión agregando un candidato de fusión a base de historial indicando información de movimiento de un bloque codificado previo al bloque actual a la lista del primer candidato de fusión, obtener un índice de fusión que indica un candidato de fusión aplicado al bloque actual dentro de la segunda lista de candidato de fusión, y generar un bloque de predicción del bloque actual usando información de movimiento de un candidato de fusión indicada por el índice de fusión. El candidato de fusión a base de historial puede ser agregado a la lista del primer candidato de fusión si el candidato de fusión a base de historial tiene información de movimiento que no se sobrepone con la información de movimiento de un candidato de fusión pre-definido entre los candidatos de fusión incluidos en la lista del primer candidato de fusión.
