Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a la provisión de granulados constituidos por componentes naturales, preferentemente puramente vegetales. Este granulado se puede procesar mediante moldeo por inyección sin la adición de otros componentes. Por tanto, la invención se refiere también al uso de los gránulos en el proceso de moldeo por inyección, así como a productos obtenidos mediante el procesamiento de los gránulos mediante moldeo por inyección, tal como por ejemplo obleas en forma de soportes alimentarios y de salsas, y productos de repostería como galletas. La presente invención se refiere también a un procedimiento para la producción de obleas y la producción de galletas mediante moldeo por inyección.
