Abstract
Se proporciona una chapa de acero eléctrico no orientado con baja pérdida de hierro a alta frecuencia sin adición de una gran cantidad de elementos de aleación como Cr, lo cual provoca una disminución en la densidad de flujo magnético y sin reducción del espesor de chapa, lo cual provoca una reducción de la productividad. Una chapa de acero eléctrico no orientado comprende cierta composición química que contiene 0.0005% en masa a 0.0050% en masa de Co, donde en al menos una superficie de la chapa de acero eléctrico no orientado, una cantidad de N existe como AlN en un intervalo desde la superficie hasta una profundidad de 1/20 del espesor de la chapa es de 0.003% en masa o menos y la superficie tiene una capa de óxido que contiene uno o ambos de Al y Si y que tiene un espesor de 10 nm o más y menos de 80 nm.
