Abstract
Se proporciona un método para fabricar una banda de acero recubierto con metal por inmersión en caliente con el que es posible impedir la aparición de un defecto de salpicadura. El método para fabricar una banda de acero recubierto con metal por inmersión en caliente incluye sumergir continuamente una banda de acero S en un baño de metal fundido 4, inyectar un gas desde los puertos de inyección de gas de las boquillas de limpieza con gas emparejadas 10A y 10B dispuestas en ambos lados de la superficie delantera y trasera de la banda de acero S sobre la banda de acero S extraída del baño de metal fundido 4 para ajustar una cantidad de adherencia de metal fundido que se adhiere a ambas superficies de la banda de acero S, y fabricar de forma continua una banda de acero recubierto con metal por inmersión en caliente, en el que, cuando un ángulo entre una dirección de inyección del gas y un plano horizontal se define como ? (°), una distancia entre un borde delantero del puerto de inyección de gas y la banda de acero S se define como D (mm), y una anchura del puerto de inyección de gas se define como B (mm), las boquillas limpiadoras de gas emparejadas 10A y 10B operaban bajo condiciones en un intervalo de ? de 10 a 60, un D/B de 3 a 12, y un D/B igual o menor que (0. 1 × ? + 9).
