Abstract
Un compuesto de materia prima particulada para usarse en un proceso de fabricación de aditivos de lecho en polvo comprende a) partículas no orgánicas sinterizables que tienen un tamaño de partícula máximo de 200 µm dispersas por toda la partícula de compuesto, y b) un componente aglutinante, el componente aglutinante que comprende, en relación con el volumen del componente aglutinante b-i) 3 a 70% en volumen de una poliamida termoplástica que tiene una temperatura máxima de fusión de DSC TP por debajo de 160°C, y b-ii) 30 a 97% en volumen de una cera o material de tipo cera que tiene un punto de goteo en el intervalo de 20 a 160°C. Tras la irradiación con un haz de energía, las partículas de compuesto de materia prima se convierten de sólido a fluido a temperatura comparativamente baja y forman una parte verde densa sin afectar a los compuestos de materia prima adyacentes.
