Abstract

Aquí se divulgan dispositivos, sistemas y métodos para monitoreo continuo de biomarcadores usando una plataforma de parche de sensor de microagujas ponible no intrusivo. En algunos aspectos, un dispositivo de sensor de microagujas ponible no intrusivo incluye una unidad de sensor de microagujas acoplable a una unidad de componentes electrónicos, donde la unidad de sensor de microagujas comprende un sustrato, un arreglo de estructuras de microagujas con forma de pico configuradas como electrodos de sensor electroquímico, un arreglo de estructuras de base que encierran una porción inferior de estructuras de microagujas con forma de pico e interconexiones eléctricas que acoplan eléctricamente los electrodos a la unidad de componentes electrónicos para procesamiento de señales detectables asociadas con uno o múltiples biomarcadores en un biofluido.
