Abstract

Proceso de moldeo a presión y dispositivo conexo (100) para la fabricación de un artículo, que comprende: - proporcionar un sustrato (70) hecho de un material compuesto que comprenda un primer material polimérico y fibras impregnadas con dicho primer material polimérico; - proporcionar una hoja de recubrimiento (71); - calentar dicho sustrato (70) a una temperatura del sustrato (70) superior a 160ºC; - posteriormente, durante una primera etapa de compresión, comprimir bajo presión el sustrato (70) y la lámina de recubrimiento (71) entre una primera superficie de conformación (1) y una segunda superficie de conformación (2) para conformar el sustrato (70) y la lámina de recubrimiento (71) y para fijar firmemente el sustrato (70) y la lámina de recubrimiento (71) entre sí; - durante una segunda etapa de compresión posterior a la primera etapa de compresión, comprimir bajo presión el sustrato (70) y la lámina de recubrimiento (71) entre la primera superficie de conformación (1) y la segunda superficie de conformación (2) e inyectar un segundo material polimérico en una cavidad de inyección (3) que tenga una boca de salida (4) sobre la primera superficie de conformación (1), en la que una primera cara del sustrato (70) opuesta a la lámina de recubrimiento (71) esté en contacto con la primera superficie de conformación (1); - enfriar el segundo material polimérico para fijar firmemente el segundo material polimérico a la primera cara del sustrato (70), donde, durante el primer paso de compresión, una temperatura de la primera superficie de conformación (1) y la segunda superficie de conformación (2) es inferior a 120 ºC.
