Abstract

La presente divulgación, en diversos aspectos y modalidades, proporciona métodos para generar células de linaje hematopoyético para la terapia con células hematopoyéticas. Los diversos linajes hematopoyéticos incluyen linfocitos T que incluyen células T progenitoras, células asesinas naturales, linfocitos B, neutrófilos, monocitos y/o macrófagos, glóbulos rojos, megacariocitos, y plaquetas.
