Abstract
La presente divulgación, en diversos aspectos y modalidades, proporciona métodos para generar células de linaje hematopoyético para la terapia con células hematopoyéticas. Los diversos linajes hematopoyéticos incluyen linfocitos T que incluyen células T progenitoras, células asesinas naturales, linfocitos B, neutrófilos, monocitos y/o macrófagos, glóbulos rojos, megacariocitos, y plaquetas. En varias modalidades, la invención proporciona procesos ex vivo eficientes para el desarrollo de linajes hematopoyéticos, que incluye, pero no se limita a, las células T progenitoras y linajes de células T, a partir de células madre pluripotentes inducidas (iPSC) humanas.
