Esta terminal está provista de: un circuito de control que, si un recurso de transmisión asignado a la transmisión de un canal compartido de enlace ascendente que emplea una pluralidad de ranuras y un recurso de transmisión de un canal de control de enlace ascendente se superponen en el dominio del tiempo, determina una segunda cantidad de recursos a ser usado para transmitir información de control de enlace ascendente, en base al tamaño de los datos a transmitir en el canal compartido de enlace ascendente en la pluralidad de ranuras, y/o una primera cantidad de recursos del canal compartido de enlace ascendente en la pluralidad de ranuras; y un circuito de transmisión para multiplexar y transmitir la información de control del enlace ascendente en un recurso que tiene la segunda cantidad de recursos determinada, y los datos.
