Abstract

La invención se relaciona con una composición para infantes o niños pequeños que comprende al menos una cepa bacteriana probiótica, dicha cepa bacteriana probiótica es bifidobacteria y una mezcla prebiótica de oligosacáridos de la leche humana que consiste en 2'-fucosilactosa (2FL), lactodifucotetraosa/difucosila ctosa (DFL), lacto-N-tetraosa (LNT), 6'-sialilactosa (6SL), 3'-sialilactosa (3SL) y opcionalmente 3-fucosilactosa (3FL) que puede ser útil para (i) prevenir y/o tratar infecciones bacterianas; (ii) modular la microbiota; y/o iii) prevenir y/o tratar la alergia en un infante o un niño pequeño.
